I purchased a car there a little over a month ago and now power steering fluid is pouring out of it. I called credit now to inform them of my problem and they tell me they have to email their repair shop explaining what happened then they will contact me on what the next step will be. She tells me that every bay at the repair shop is full with cars so that said a lot about how the cars run. I now have no way to work and all she could say is she understands my frustration and to make matters worse because they are so backed up that they don't know when they can even look at my car. They showed NO COMPASSION what so ever. Do yourself a favor and take your money else where unless u like buying lemons.

Thad and Drew are seriously the best! They were short staffed because it was a Saturday, but we still received the upmost respect and 5-star service. Thank you guys for getting us into our new car!!

We have reported them to the BBB!! Absolutely terrible!! If anyone notices the reviews are from immediately after buying the vehicle because they ask you in the office to do a review on Google before you even walk out of the building. Not even a month after having the truck my husband had to have the radiator replaced and they said that the warranty was already up on it. Yes I am thinking the same thing, that quick? Then we had automatic payments set up and the payments did not come out of our checking account as agreed upon. My husband went into there to explain what was going on and they said they needed the keys to his truck to place a tracker on his truck. My husband was not happy and did not agree to this. We have tried reaching out to them several times to have them send proof of the automatic withdrawal being deducted from our account and also the contract that he signed when purchasing the truck and they have not done any of what my husband has asked them to do. He has given them permission over the phone per a recorded phone call and in person to let me his WIFE handle the account. That was fine for them when they needed to collect payment from us and received my debit card number, but when trying to get this information from them they said they need him to tell them that he wants the documentation sent to my email. After being very upset and working out in this 100 + degree weather as a construction worker my husband had to stop and send a text message asking them to send the email with the documentation we have been asking for. Long story short we now have our family attorney looking into this case and we DO NOT RECOMMENED ANYONR EVER BUYING A VEHICLE FROM HERE!!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!!

I am working in Birmingham and working on moving down there. My car broke down, and my poor dad was driving multiple times a week to help me. My credit isn’t the best, but I needed to finance a car and finance one quick. We were there right at close, because we had just been referred from another finance dealership that needed more of a down payment than I could afford. I am on my second vehicle purchase with Credit Now Auto. I have been making ON TIME payments with them for approximately 4 years! Suddenly last month I am being charged erroneously for their insurance! I have continously held full coverage with my own insurance company for the entire time. My insurance company has confirmed and verified this. Credit now is now telling me that i an required to send them a monthly declaration page from my insurance company verifying insurance. Over the past 4 years this has never been the case. Today i was told by a credit now employee and i quote " I'm sorry you have never been held responsible for your insurance ". DO NOT buy from them! They will hound you about payments that are made on time, and charge you erroneously for whatever they want.

Update 4/14/2022: I am experiencing "stonewalling" just trying to get a lien release letter for a car that I "PAID IN FULL" on March 3, 2021. I have emailed the final receipt several times. I have made 11 calls to Credit Now (March 14 to the present) . I have explained to every person that I have talked to, that I have sold the car. The representative said "oh we thought it was for you, to be able to register your car". Explain to me what difference that makes. The DMV informed me that Credit Now has not sent the Lien Release Letter. I have requested it several times. I am being told that my file is in storage, yet no one seems to have time to retrieve it. I feel as if these are retaliatory methods due to the return of the second vehicle I purchased. I will be seeking counsel to see what my options are. All I want is what is legally due to me. The Lien Release Letter. Once again, I had a wonderful experience during my visit at Credit Now. The team made it easy and painless to get through the process of car buying. The team there make you feel like family! Their outstanding customer service has made me a repeat customer. Thanks Credit Now! Update: I've made 2 payments on a car I can't drive. Not a happy customer now. I commend Credit Now for working diligently to resolve my issue. I truly appreciate the team for listening to me, as well as getting me back on the road! Thanks Credit Now for restoring my faith in such a fantastic team!

Buy at your own risk. I purchased a vehicle and within 5 months I’ve had to have the alternator replaced, battery replaced, ac unit serviced (and still wasn’t fixed fully), back passenger door handle broken, and other services needed that can hopefully be fixed within the warranty time frame (6 months). The design of it is to have a vehicle that will barely make it the first year of your monthly payments.

All I will have is 5000 to spend cash bc I don't have reliable income. Just part-time work, so I don't commit to financing. I walked their lot and saw their inventory. Many of their cars ain't worth more than $5000 on Kelly Blue Book but they start at $8000. My neighbor drove off the lot with a lemon 🍋 and she is financing. I won't describe the repair that needed to be made but it was part of the power train. I don't want to out her or her car salesman, but she was sold a 🍋. I work part-time, but I work and my coins are hard-earned. I won't buy anything ridiculously higher than the KBB price or risk buying a hoopty. Edited to include: The salesman, with whom I developed a rapport called me back after he saw my review. Our rapport was mostly professional. No funny biz, but he called my personal cell and seemingly, attempted to discourage me from writing an honest review. These guys seem like the type to request a positive review once you luck out and buy a car that's not a 🍋. I bet they're not requesting you review them once u have a bad experience. As mentioned, a neighbor, a Credit Now customer, had a power train problem that was resolved, but she shouldn't have been allowed to drive off the lot and think that it was all good. The salesman wanted to know why I left a scathing, review, when he called my cell. Here is why. I'm not a customer bc I couldn't afford their 8000 price tag for cars worth far less, (they have a humongous inventory) but, I witnessed a customer, who is a neighbor, come home with a 🍋.

Hands down very friendly staff but quality of car and service is very poor. I bought a car in March and by June motor was gone on top of keeping my maintenance up on my car my money was wasted . I don't recommend to ever buy a car here . I reported to them numerous of times that my car had problems right after I purchased it the same week I was stalled out then month later ask to purchase my own motor after continously making my payment without the car in my possession to be let down . I was sold a lemon from day 1 . On top of I talk to Thad who was my car sales and Mike who was the manager . I do not agree with how I was did . Good luck buying a car from here. But they do have a friendly nice staff just don't agree with the terms . Just wished I dealt with Dave also my friend referred me she had motor problem too just be careful what you buy . This company doesn't care about you they just want money . If I could upload the facts on my car from having my car looked at from professional car specialist my car was a lemon before I drove off thanks for my lemon . Look nice but wasn't worth a penny of my hardworking money.
