It was a horrible experience for me. I would have been with them for 6 months March 28, 2022. I've been hopped around from specialist to specialist at least 5-6 times. None of which communicated with me. They got my information wrong on my report. The whole time of activity with this company and not ONE thing on my credit came off. I listed and explained everything that needed to come off with PROMISE that it will come off. Here is March of 20222 and I realized not a single thing was moved off. Holding me up on my financial growth. I wasted ALOT of money with these people. I requested a refund and they refuse to give me all my money. I basically paid for not having services. Recently I was told this happened to other people that I know but I wish I knew sooner before I signed. They wasted my time and took all my money. Paid for a fee that was not working for me, especially the app and had to keep resetting my password. Which might work if I'm lucky. Would NOT recommend to anyone of my love ones. Please be careful everyone. Edit: They said they gave me 100% of my refund but they did not. They gave 90% of it. I have been unemployed due to an injury at my job and took money out of my SAVINGS to pay these people to basically do nothing. It was emotionally and financially stressful for me. They did not do what I asked, spoke with multiple people who had an attitude all because I wanted a refund. How do you get mad at ME for something Y'ALL didn't do?

This started off great, with the interview asking what I wanted and brief explanation of what they would do. I’ve been with this program since December and have definitely seen progress in my credit… HOWEVER my representative doesn’t answer emails or calls anymore. I’ve called several times and have had the person who was supposed to help either hang up right away or put me on hold for 10+ minutes. I’ve been stuck on the same step for months now and have emailed several times asking to cancel my membership, to which nobody responds to. I’m sure this works for people who have active help, but this is NOT FOR ME!!!

First of all Jason called and explained the process to us and asked a few questions he then transferred us to a home ready guide his name was Tyler. Both gentlemen were very kind and patient and listened to our needs and what we were looking for. Tyler asked a few more questions explain a little more in detail about the process and financial obligations which are extremely reasonable after about 20 minutes on the phone with Tyler he then hooked us up with Hyrum or own personal credit specialist who assured us, we can and will do this and be moving into our own home very soon. A little credit report work to do first but not as bad as we thought. Plus it looks like our mortgage will be less then the rent we are paying now. Thank you HYRUM AND THANK YOU CIG! If 0 was an option I would put it! The worst company you could ever imagine! I was told that I got approved and I would be able to buy a house and March 7th. March 9th I hear back finally and they told me I had to wait until April 7th. Tried to cancel, the did not refund my money back. The DO NOT COMMUNICATE! Because of the lack of communication I found a place March 26th. Then when I tried to cancel LESLIE LANCE wanted to act like a snot and be stuck up and have such a rotten attitude. Can't get my money back? Okay fine. An attorney I spoke with says otherwise. Not all services were provided. He has dealt with you before. You can keep the money to pay your attorney. Totally fine. This place is worthless and I honestly decided to try it out because you never know if they could've improved themselves and their employees and put the company to higher standard. NOPE! Don't waste your time, don't think they changed. I believe in second chances but these people are the worst. Can't even give me half of the money back. Way to desperate for money. I'm not the type to be petty but they way we were treated I am more than happy to be just as mean as LESLIE has been, her 1 conversation with me today has started something that didn't have to happen. My whole refund would have been great but even half of it would've work. Ugh. Words can't describe how sad I am because I thought things would be different, and I would actually get lucky.. Please if you read this please don't waste your money and your time. I PROMISE the outcome will be the same.

Six months is what they tell you it takes to do there program I've been waiting almost a year, i paid lots of money i didn't have to have them help me and here we are still waiting!! if i would of know it was gunna take almost a YEAR i probably would of went somewhere else, I will change my review when i see the results i payed for!! The only good thing they did for me was remove some inquiries off my credit report this company is a joke save your money and go somewhere else!!!Oh and not only did i get denied for my home loan i was told I'd need a cosigner also!! Just signed up today and for my initial review I will say that I enjoyed speaking with Tyler and Hyrum. The price to start of 19.99 was reasonable and the service price of 179.99 thankfully was pushed out a bit so it wasn't a huge hit on my immediate budget. I am excited about the process even though I have work to do. I have a feeling that as long as I stay consistent they will to.

Got our home refinanced. We are going to lease our house. Now we are in the rental business. We just ordered our new home. Waiting for the construction meeting. Paid over $800 for this service and it was impossible to cancel, my “credit specialist” was let go and i was never informed or contacted by new specialist, i had to call them repeatedly to get this info. And when i tried to cancel i had to wait on hold for OVER 30 minutes because none of the supervisors were available or my specialist, They put me on a “brief” hold and the call disconnected after 10 minutes the first time, 7 minutes the second time, and by the third call back i was highly irritated and the customer service rep who helped me was amazing, she ended up canceling for me after having small talk for over 25 minutes. She told me Customer service reps are not authorized to cancel memberships and she would have to get in touch with a supervisor. She was frustrated too. Clearly the company largely needs to rework the hierarchical structure— extremely inefficient and straight up Annoying/frustrating for the customer and customer service reps TRYING to do their job, but EXTREMELY limited in their ability. WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND, unless u are referring someone you have no care for.

When I was contacted about the credit repair program I was told it would be $100 monthly after paying $140. Nobody explained that you had to cancel in 5 days to not be obligated to paying $140. Nor was I told if I cancel that it would effect my credit score. I didn't sign anything and the customer service rep named Bridget told me over the phone I shouldn't verbally agree to things I can't afford. Very unprofessional to say to a potential client. If I did want to continue the program after Christmas she just solidified that I WILL NOT be working with this company. I had to raise my voice towards the end because she insisted on talking over me repeating that everything was recorded. At the end of the day when I canceled the program prior to this conversation she could've explained that I still owed the $140 instead of calling me after I think everything is settled and canceled trying to extort money from me still. This rep was very rude and unprofessional. None of the disputes were settled and she threaten me that they would all be put back on my credit when nothing has even been removed.

Hyrum your difficult for your three reps to get a hold of because they can't cancel the program. Hyrum you lied about getting the renters proof. Landlord never sent anything back or even sign. Hyrum you lied about taking credit for the points going up on my credit when it was my doings on payment i made. Hyrum how can you dispute anything when there is nothing to dispute. You were suppose to help with the HUD and miss lead me. You need to listen!!! This company won't get any positive feed back from me. This will be brought up to friends and family about this issue. They lied to us, we called within the grace period to cancel but they never answered, we left numerous voicemail and they started saying how they they never got anything which is another lie. I have been with CIG for about 4 months now. My credit specialist left the company. I get assigned a new representative. Neither is or was responsive at all. They have charged me considerably and have produced ZERO results. The rent reporting feature is non exisitant and in my opinion is a marketing scheme that clearly doesn't work. If I could give them a zero, in would. Liars, and a total rip off. Save your money and go with Lexington law. They charge you not only 179 initial fee, but 129 a month and 19.99 a month, even though they said it would be 19.99 a month. They prey on people who need help. Disgusting.

Awesome company and great customer service and support. They offer options to help you get your credit score up that won't pull on your credit. Three months ago I received a phone call from Credit Innovation Group telling me they could guide me in fixing my credit. At first I was very hesitant like any caller they promise you the world if you just pay this much money. Well I am here to tell you once they placed me with Hyrum Timpson that is what exactly happened! Not proud by any means my credit score was 565 I was at a total loss what I could do to fix this. Hyrum took this on all hands on deck and kept me updated every step of the way not only by removing items that should have been removed but educating me along the way. Still working on things I didn’t get filed away Hyrum contacts me and always lets me know what is next to do. They have not helped me with my credit. If anything it has dropped since I signed up with them. Because of this and since I am having problems with my slumlord verifying that I have been renting from them over a year to boost my credit and that I cannot afford it especially since its not doing me any good, i tried to cancel back in March. They still charged my bank account over $300 since I canceled and refuse to give me a refund.

I can never get ahold of my specialist. Doesn't respond to texts or emails nor messages I left with a live person. If I'm paying $115.00 a month for service I do expect at some point or another to get a response. My husband's score has gone up but I suspect that is due to action I myself have taken by paying down credit cards and paying off or settling some accounts. He assured me that in 6 months our scores would be up enough to get a mortgage on our home he said " no problem" when I asked him if it would increase enough in 6 months . Like I said I suspect the reason it did go up is because of action I took myself. I would NOT recommend this company.... AT ALL! guess I learned the hard way

DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. We had 3 different representative in 5 months. Our first representative we had for 3 weeks was great she communicated and let us know what was going on. Our 2nd rep, maybe called us once, My husband score was the same for 3 months, maybe went up 2 points. I had to cancel because they did not deliver what they said they could accomplish. They couldn't even commit to one person helping us, I couldn't throw our money away anymore, without seeing any progress done.

They fix your credit! 1 month later the same companies place a new report on your credit. Credit innovation only takes them off once. Don't waste your money. They are very rude when you complain. I was soft spoken, they were biligerant. Not a good company.

We called to cancel because it wasn't the right timing for us to wait on this process. They didn't send a list of properties like they said they would, either.. The specialist that had our files was very insistent on wanting to know "why cancel". We told him, it wasn't the time to just cancel it. He became very rude and told us, "that's why I doesn't like to try and help people. To have a good rest of the day" he hung up the phone when my husband told him to repeat that. This company is a rip off. All they do is file disputes for claims on your credit report, which you can do yourself for free. After the first few times they talk to you, you will not hear from them again they charged my credit card every month until they max it out then charged my debit card with out permission. Everytime I tried to contact them for up dates they told me to go to the portal which shows nothing being done.. finally got to cancel my membership & they were suppose to return the money they took without permission to my checking account which they have not done.

But here's the thing in that few months that I've been with them they have raised my credit score they have help me with my student loans and they have helped me with so many things. They've answered any in all questions that I've asked they've gotten back to me with a very short amount of time I text them or email them I'm not a phone person to talk on the phone but they have answered everything by email or text message. They work hard and they work fast my credit score jumped at least 20 points in the first 3 weeks. I'm looking forward to buying my own house soon with their help, which is why I hired them in the first place. They have more available than what meets the eye give him a call if you want to fix your credit or buy a house or both. I wasted a lot of money hiring other "credit repair companies", and this is the first company that actually did what they say they do. BUT they told me that for credit protection, it would be 19.99 a month, if I wanted to remIn a member after the initial payments were made. Then they started taking out the 19.99 without my knowledge Then when I caught it they said "It was in the agreement you signed" and because I did t have 19.99 on top of the 129.00 payment this month, they stopped their services. So read any agreements you have CAREFULLY! NO MATTER WHAT THEY TELL YOU.

I’ve been with the company for approx 2-3 months now and I have experienced a HUGE credit boost of 117 pts. They are flexible and coachable. Communication is key, so if you aren’t persistent than you cannot expect the same in return. AMAZING COMPANY, highly recommended!

Terrible company. Full of promises and no action. Told me they would help get my credit up to where I could purchase a house in 6 months by removing negative items. At $115 a month okay. Good deal. I kept communication through email as I work dark to dark in no service areas and around loud equipment and not paid to talk on phone. And I'm paying them to do a service not talk to me all the time Well here comes July and it's a week before the 6 months and my credit score went up only 11 points and 3 out of 17 things removed and no end in sight. So the We Can get it done in 6 months is a sham. I have been calling since august with no answers. All I want is my almost $730 returned. As the guy Michael said if there is anything we can do to help you let us know...there is I would like my money returned. That's scamming and thievery. If I sold a service and product and it didn't work I would return money back instead of letting the person be x amount of dollars short and have a broken or bad product or service...Update. Still waiting on a refund and it is April. No one answers and like I said. No refund. Only 99$. At this point you might as well give me a full refund for the terrible experience and results . So what is the deal. No return calls? I started to call in March. Just about 2 months since I last talked to someone...and to add one last update your records might show you refunded me, but my bank statements say otherwise. I've checked everyday since beginning of February and nothing but a partial refund. Suppose to be 2 more. But like I said. Might be best just to refund the whole damn thing since I've had to waste my time at night trying to get ahold of someone and no one answers or returns phone calls. Not once

Yes we improved our credit situation however it was not due to your help. The first 3 months I would say there was lots of communication and then suddenly nothing. When I went to cancel I had to go through the new person that took over our case and customer service couldn't cancel. I find that highly discouraging since I had to call multiple times in a day to cancel. Very silly process and could have kept my wife and I if there was consistent communications other than. So my call started with me answering Rebecca on the other end of an incoming call. Her 1st question was " Whats stopping you from becoming a Home Owner?" My answer to that was my confidence level is not where I should be nor do I have the confidence or assurance I would qualify for a home loan. Than she put me threw another agent that could further assisting me in getting the information that I need to be confident in getting into Home ownership. She than transferred me to an agent by the name of Faye who then gave me information regarding home ownership, rent to own property and being able to get a Mortgage loan with confidence. With the proper information and assurance in Ms. Faye's voice she had me sold and with the right Company to walk me through this all she too transferred me to my final agent that laid it all out on the table for me and my future Home ownership. Mr. HYRUM not only did he laid it all out to me, the confidence in his voice, the assurance he said to me walking you through every step of the way. My specialist, Hyrum Timpson, very kind up until I wanted to cancel my membership. Went back and forth through email, for almost 2 days just trying to get my membership cancelled. Was then charged 29.90 AFTER my membership was finally cancelled. They refunded 14.95 of the 29.90 I was charged. My credit score has also went DOWN 18 points since allowing them access to my information. I do not recommend.

This has been corrected and both files were refunded the payments. Also, it is normal to see fluctuations in a credit score during the beginning stages of the program. It is normal for scores to decrease any time a credit card balance increases, new collections or accounts are added or a new derogatory item appears. These are out of CIG's control. However, our program is designed to educate our members about these things and help them learn how to leverage their positive credit to achieve their goals. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY. They told me I'd be in a house in less than a year... here it is almost a year and a half later and I'm not any closer. I could never get ahold of anyone and when I did it was always to leave a message and I would never get a call back. Day 1 With CIG. They have been on the phone with me for over an hour diving into my credit issues and discussing the way forward. All representatives were very hospitable and kind. They show personal interest in their clients and pride in their company. I look forward to continuing to work with them in the future and for less than $15 a month will more than likely continue being a platinum member even after im able to fix my credit and get into a home. They do alot of the work but its a team effort, you have to be willing to do your part as well. They focus on repair while you focus on the build. A great slogan for the company would be " We repair your past while your building your future". I will continue to update this review as time goes on.

Actually U.S. based and you speak with the same person everytime. Hyrum was very professional and optimistic. The services aren't free, they do cost a fair amount, but for the services provided, it seems to be well worth it.

I signed up February I told my credit score is too good for rent to own. I told them I was interested in a manufactured home in a park and I was told is no problem but now it is a problem. I have spent probably pretty close to $700 on this company and now I'm gonna have to try to find a loan officer that will be able to approve a loan that's not in this company. So this company will tell you anything you want to hear in order for them to get you to sign up for the service when they don’t do anything. I can only get them to talk to me if I request to their supervisor which I had to do pretty much every single time. This do not return phone calls or text messages or emails. I will keep your money and go find someone else other than this company

My credit advisor is Justin burnson, and I have to say sincerely that he goes above and beyond with working one-on-one with you and is very professional and informative on how to help you out on your goals in life on where you want to be in the length of time that you want to make it there. My experience has been exceptionally well to the point where one month I could not afford to make my payment and is he went as far as to move it to when I was able to have the funds and not closed my account and turn me away. In the past I have worked with a credit repair company that is advertised and well-known and my experience was nothing good. With credit Innovation group you get the opportunity to work one-on-one with that advisor not multiple people and Justin not only speaks to me about credit repair he informs me of other important stuff that I never knew that could help me and I just feel that he goes above and beyond what a credit repair person would normally do. So with that being said I live on a fixed income so therefore I always try to look for a deal and I feel that this is well worth the money spent and I would highly recommend credit innovation to anyone based on my experience.

I personally have had very good results with Credit innovation Group. Isaac, being my personal crited specialist, has done a great job getting my credit score where it's needed to be. In just taken a few short mouths to see the fast progress. I'm very happy with the quality of their work & quick results. I was needing to boost my credit score. Not having critied for many of years. While my credit score did increase, the 2 associates that helped me. #1 never billed me, sent me a bill. So a months went by and I would send an email asking for a call or a bill and they would ask for me to call them. If I asked them to call me they would ignore my email. No one has ever called me I have had to call them. For the amount of money I paid to have my score go up 113 points and not even be able to buy a home or anything is absolutely unacceptable and horrible customer service 😒 🙄. I sent an email July 30th and have had no response from Daniel Dockstader. No one's guiding me or even sending me a bill for payment. So that being said I'm finding a different company. Mind you I've been with the company pay for a while now. I have not been able to log into my portal for months. I'm over it.

The staff is pleasant, but the bottom line is this…. There are some people credit issues that they are not going to be able to solve. So with that being said with the experience that they have they should not be taken these people money knowing that they are far away from their goals than perceived, or in some case forecasted. I truly think they are trying to help people, but some people issues are harder than other, but better transparency in the beginning or just saying hey this is going to take longer and be a difficult process base on your situation. Instead of stringing that fact out for the money. Give people an honest assessment of there situation up front and don’t make them feel like they are anywhere but we’re they are, and the company would look a lot better in my opinion. P.S. The rent to own spill is and issue to.It draw people who know they are in a difficult spot in to thinking they can improve there situation while they work on their credit.
