The individuals that work at this office and the district manager are all amazing people. They are extremely nice, very professional, and all have hearts of gold. When I was approved for my loan, I was in and out in a matter of no time without any problems. If you ever need to borrow money, do not hesitate to give Credit Central a call. You will not be disappointed and you will be extremely happy you called/relied on Credit Central for your money needs. Tell them Stacy Cook sent you (they know me) and they will take great care of you.

The best I swear , the staff makes you feel welcomed, very friendly and fast , they get you in there and out within minutes and my friend Cheriè A Mozee is the best very friendly and know the meaning of hard work.

Very condescending,very rude customer service representatives. Ive been behind on my payments&try to catch them up the best that I can but they do not care nor understand that I have other bills,such as utilities,that I have to pay as well. After I make this last payment, I'm never stepping foot in that office or dealing with those people ever again!!!

John is AMAZING!!! Professional, responsive, honest and kind. During COVID this office helped and was very understanding of financial changes, not all facilities care for their customers in the same manner.

All employees are professional, respectful and kind. They work well under difficult situations and when things get monetary tight with customers. They NEVER make anyone feel uncomfortable. Great place to do business

I have nothing but wonderful things about credit central they are all about customer service and they care about their customers, they went out of their way to try and help my friend who recently passed away who was also a customer of theirs. I witnessed how they talked to her and treated her and it made me smile and that's what sent me to credit central. Miss Cherie and Josh are wonderful. I highly recommend anyone to credit central who is looking for a loan.

Good custumer service but wish they made it easier to make payments! You can only pay in person or send a check! Who uses checks anymore? No online payment or over the phone payments accepted which is hard when you have to work!
