Credit Central N Calderwood St, Alcoa

One of the women that does applications for loans made a comment about my request for a medical loan, stating “seems a bit much for a medical bill”. Very unnecessary, sorry medical bills aren’t cheap. Also they all were sitting and laughing talking ignoring my presence. And made me wait an hour and a half overall before telling me they declined, when they said 30 mins initially.

The ladies at credit Central are very well concerned about their customers they go further than any other people I know in the loan business I would recommend credit Central to anyone I've had not to wait I'm in and out and will please with the credit central team.

I have never had a loan with these people, yet they blew my phone up with calls for someone that I worked with. I called and asked them to stop. Then mail came to my home addressed to this person, so I called again. I was told by Bethany that she had gotten my name, address and phone number from a 411 search and even told me the names of people that live in my home! She said that she had every right to contact anyone in my home who is over the age of 18. She said that they had contacted other people who worked at the same place. I owe them nothing, never signed or cosigned any kind of loan with them! What an invasion of my privacy! Are they going to knock on my door, show up at my workplace, tarnish my credit, or harrass my family?? Leave us alone! We owe you nothing!!!!

Have had a good experience with this company. Through my good times and bad. They are understanding in many situations. Yes, I have had calls but that was when I never returned there calls when I was late. They were just doing there jobs. Yes, I would recommend this company.

Knocked at my door at almost 9pm. Do not get a loan from these people!!

Update 3 months later today (4-24-2020) I go pay my loan in FULL. And yet again Bethany the manager was rude! She demanded that I delete my review that I wrote below. She sarcastically apologized for being rude and that it’s her job. Jan 2020–I do NOT recommend getting a loan from this loan company. They do not work with you if you are low on cash a certain month and they harass you and the references you put down when you sign the contract. Do not go here. Bethany is the manager there, she is rude, entitled and she will come to your house at any time of day, call your phone 5+ times a day. They have no mercy or sympathy for people even around Christmas time. So if you want a loan I would go to World finance. Make sure you do your research on the companies you wanna borrow from. Because I did not

These reviews are RIDICULOUS! I have been a customer here for many, many years. I have referred family and friends here. I have missed payments due to losing my job or being short on my checks. All I had to do was call and talk to them! Everytime they worked with me. Bethany and Liv even sent me a birthday card this year. Seems to me maybe these reviews are coming from those who dont pay their bills! I love these ladies and will continue to do business with them!!

The employees here have become like friends to me. They are very kind & friendly while being professional. Couldn't ask for a better place to get a loan. Would highly recommend the credit central in Alcoa. The employees that are there now have always treated me with kindness & caring.
