Good afternoon as we approach the six o'clock hour the staff Is still here working on me to be a member of there family starting with store manager an his team Riqua & Kyndra. I'm so happy I chose them to help me out

If I could select -5 stars would be the best description of the location. Management and employees have change so much but the current female manager is horrible. I call in and she is yelling at her employee to not take personal calls. She’s disrespectful. so if you want to spoke to like a child, criticize and her give you request to do things that waste your with no results. If not run away. They aren’t interested in maintaining customer because they will refuse to update your phone number. Customer service over phone non existing you will get hang up on more than once and have to call back. The male was the only helpful professional. Walk in and they’re gossiping across the room. If the female manager mad you can tell no eye contact, not professional in how she speaks to you or her employees. I would not recommend this location at all it will be a living nightmare.

I did not want to turn to this but I feel I should warn others about their business, do not use this company. Last year, I was in the middle of fixing my credit and took out a loan with their company. I paid off the loan months early and they did not close the account. This month, my credit reports state that I missed a payment. This has severely dropped my score again, as its been the first missed payment in 3 years on any account. They misreported my information and continue to duck my calls or give me answers. They were also very shady, stating they only take cash payments until I made my last payment early and they wanted me to take out another loan. I will be getting a lawyer to straighten this out.

Friendly staff their very helpful and try to answer all your questions and work with you when it comes to making your payments to them I would recommend this company to my family and friends.

Staff was very nice, made my process easy & fast. I got the help I needed during this difficult time.

OkayI would like to report that coming into the North Charleston office where Chauncey is the manger filled by team of great Loan Specialist Rique & Kundra where they treat you like family great smiles well organized and will help you to the best of there ability certainly check them

Horrible! Do not use these people! They have stalked my phone multiple times a day, come to my HOUSE, and even called my family members. I am reporting them to the CFPB.
