I came in about a month ago and forgot to write a review. Credit Central has the BEST customer service. Amanda and Florinda rock!!! They took their time with me and answered all of my questions. It was a simple process and I walked out feeling not stressed. If you're in need of a loan, go check them out. You won't be disappointed!!! Thank you guys for an awesome experience!!!

**Update** I'm still a very satisfied customer of credit central! Amanda is still amazing and is probably the largest reason im still with them. Not to mention great loan terms! Still highly recommend!! I've been doing business with this company for over a year now and they are amazing! Especially since Amanda B. has been there. She doesn't just treat you like another client, she treats you like a friend. Exceptional customer service, she will go above and beyond for you, she'll work with you and do everything in her power to please the customer. Thank you Amanda for always taking care of me when I come in and making the loan process easier than any other company!

Amanda The Branch Manger goes above and beyond for her customers. She has great hospitality and very professional about the company she works for and her branch . When I walk in the office is way clean , fresh and welcoming. I have been with them going on 1 year . And I would refer anyone here .

I go and pay my daughters loan each month and they are always so friendly and helpful and when she was having trouble after hurricane Harvey they were so nice and worked with her with no problem. They are really good and they work with you

I applied on line for a loan and they returned my call the next day to ask me some questions. Was then told they would call me back and let me know if i was approved or not. I never received a call back and its been over 2 weeks. Not a good way to do business. Even if i didn't qualify for a loan they still should have called back like they said they would

I have dealt with plenty of loan companies and the Alvin location is my favorite. Amanda the branch manager is absolutely fantastic. She treats you like you are not just a number. She is very polite and personal which is why I continue to recommend people to go see her.

5 stars for sure!!! Amanda and Hayley are amazing , extremely professional and always provide excellent service. If you need a loan or any tax services I greatly recommend coming to them and they will get you taken care of as best they can. 10 OUT OF 10!!

Amanda and Haley are awesome . They provide great customer service and goes above and beyond for their customers . They show great professionalism and wonderful hospitality, I love the way they treat me and when I walk in the office it’s always neat , fresh and clean . I love them both . I was referred to here as a place that offered tax services. When walking in I was greeted from across the room asking if I was making a payment on loans. I expressed I only need help with a tax situation. I was told they were done doing taxes. Very rude to turn away customers seeking a service that you advertise because you only offer when it is convenient for you. Advertise it that way so customer needing this service do not waste their time driving to your​ business to be rudely turned away by unwillingly customer service representatives.
