Marquita Williams at the Las Vegas Credit Acceptance smokes and drinks beer between shifts on her split days. Sup/manager approached her about it and she denied because she wasn't approached the same day. Watch out she might arrive to work drunk and high.

They are totally a rip off company, they will come and get your car for $43 late even if you have not missed any payments. Was told 685 to get it back. All for $43. If you ever go to a car lot and they are the finance company walk away you have been warned....

had a similar issue. sold me a car with recalls told them they have to fix them its the law ended up getting my car repo'd over a 15$ late payment bc i said i wasnt going to pay my next month, then they told me it would be 2400 to get my car out..... and they wouldnt fix it and then put on my credit as a involuntary repo... i gave them the keys and signed the paperwork saying i was voluntarily giving it back biggest rip off of my life had the car a year with no missed payments almost had it paid off......

Worse ever. Had a payment plan, walked out of a convenience store with it on a wrecker with dogs in the back. Had to walk home, could not get stuff out of car. They want to charge $150 to get my stuff, $1850 to pay on the car, They towed it to North California, so far I can't get it!!! TERRIBLE UNCARING RUDE OBNOXIOUS LYING NON-HUMAN BEINGS

Beyond the worst Customer service and Finance company you can ever deal with. The people are so disrespectful no matter who answers the phone I have seriously been called from a liar to you name it I have gotten names and most recently one claiming to be the senior manager, I am your customer I am paying you and these are just employees not owners of the company who talk to you like they own the company. I am going to report to the bbb, I am in the works speaking to an attorney these people do not need to treat anyone like this and we need to come together, fortunately my brother works for a news channel and I am doing my best to get it out there for the rest of the people with less than perfect credit not to end up in the same situation. If anyone would like to join in speaking to an attorney or getting this out to the news please feel free to contact me so that I can start a list. We need to stop these companies and employees from belittling their customers over charging and not honoring contracts. As for Mr. Michael who claimed to be a senior manager you sir need to take an etiquette class and show manners and customer service to people who call you and give you their money.
