I am a local REALTOR, I've been in the business for close to 15 years and I've closed a large number of transactions each year. Crane Title Inc. has been part of my team for over 12 years now. Crane Title Inc. is one of the only local title company's owned by an attorney, that specializes in the area of law. Andrew Crane is a very smart and always helpful with my real estate questions. The market director, Dianco Williams, is super helpful when any hiccups arise. The closers all work together and help each out for the common goal of having easy closing and happy Buyer's and Seller's. I highly recommend this title company.

Great place to do your closing on a new house, very professional and helpful employees

It has been nothing but a hassle ever since I bought my house in May 2018 with this title company. I have had to make them pay the property taxes I paid at time of purchase; they were so delinquent in paying the property taxes after I purchased the property it went On tax sales and they had to pay 2017 and 2018 taxes. I had to make them record the deed in probate court; they recorded it almost 6 months after purchase the house. Now that I have paid the house off , they have been nothing but delinquent in releasing and signing the forms to get the lien off. I would never recommend them to do anything with my properties again in life. They have no explanation for their lack of service and support.
