Horrible place! My husband and I had a car loan with them. As you know a car loan always puts someone has first and second buyer. I was put as second and was not able to close out the account they made us have after we paid off our car loan. Do not go here!

I would not do business with this company. They do not send paper statements for loans. They only let you know your loan is due 1 day before and that is only by you doing the work of logging into the bank and seeing it for yourself. They have an option for paper statements and I had that selected but for the four months we have been dealing with them I have yet to receive any paper statement. Then we went to close our account and they were very sketchy about giving us our money. There is still $5 on account with our name on it. If it’s our money and we closed our account why don’t we have it?? Run away from doing business with this bank. Save yourself headaches.

Drove up to the drive through window to drop off a simple deposit for my mother today. It was 3:59pm and an employee pulled and closed the shade down on me right when I got to the window. How incredibly disappointing!! If it were my account-you would’ve lost my business today!! So rude-and way too many other banking options out there to be acting like that.
