Spoke to Connor about my account. I was trying to explain to him about the concerns I had. He didn't treat me with any courtesy and didn't listen to my concern. He said regardless of whatever the circumstance, he not going back and forth with me. I had a reverse payment that wasn't my fault and I was trying to gain more understanding of the direct pay. Mind you I am work too! I work with the public and it's very rude to flag a person's concern when they are trying to gain knowledge of the company. I wish I never took a loan out here. I will just pay it off and be done with this company! I love doing busy with people who cares about their consumer!

I took a loan but the $$ was not deposited as they put in the wrong routing # so I never received the funds obviously. I told them the error was done by then but they blamed me instead. Try to cancel the loan as I never received the funds and now they are forcing me to pay them back for a loan I never received. Outrageous!!!!

I currently have a loan with onemain and it's taking awhile to repay 10,000. I've had lay off"s frequently and had to defer payments along with being late. I was told that I need to find another job. Customer Service is hard core at times.

I’ve been a OneMain customer for a few years, I’m starting to believe all the negative views the company gets, they say they call when they don’t, niiether do they leave any messages. They give you no definite answers on your loan application or how long the process will be, the loan assistant out right lies on the phone very unprofessional and bad for business.

I would recommend to never get a loan here . I had surgery and was put of work for 2 months. I used my disability insurance to make my two payments. I paid for it so I used it . Imagine my surprise when they tried to take my payment out of my account even though it was already paid. I called and they said they'd pay me back my money. Then they tried to take it out for second time. As soon as this is paid off, I will never use them again. The workers are clueless on how to even help you . I hate being lied to and that's exactly what they did

I just had the worst experience with Cindy at your Kent, WA location! Working with her was an absolutely nightmare in from the beginning!! Not only could she not give me the correct information the first time but when I tried to ask questions she felt the need to raise her voice and talk SLOWER. I guess so I could understand?? Anyway, I was pre approved for a loan. I went ahead and applied and the system replied with everything looks great just upload some documents and everything should be good. I went ahead and uploaded everything. I later get an email to call. I called and spoke to Cindy. She did not even have the correct application up for me. I requested $7000 loan and included my updated address on the application. She referred to one 4 years ago! She was not nice about hearing about this. I found out I needed to add my husband which was fine. We added him to the call and got all the info. She then said great! After letting her know we reside in Texas now She all the sudden said I need to transfer all your information to a Texas location. I said fine. I called the one closest to me on research Blvd where I spoke to Sarah. She had no idea about any paperwork so she said we could do an application again. We went through the process again and all the sudden the phone just hung up. Literally hung up. No one called back and No apology for hanging up!I called back and ANOTHER person, Janine, I think, answered and I explained I spoke to Sarah and she said oh uh, well I got the app from WA we will call back in a few minutes. 3 hours later I followed up, Sarah said the Kent location would not send anything because it was a system denial? Remember, I was told 3 hours prior she received my app from WA. I said what about the application we did. She said she did not run it and I needed to clear everything up with Cindy. That’s when I reached out to her and she kept putting me on hold not knowing what she was talking about telling me something different every 30 seconds. She then proceeded to yell at me YOUR DENIED. We can’t help you here!! I asked her to please not be rude. I was just asking questions because nothing she was saying made sense. An app was sent here, there and everywhere. This is SENSITIVE information. Socials, income, address etc. I wanted to make sure what was ran and what was going on with my personal information. None of that mattered to her. I still cannot believe someone would speak to a customer that way. So basically, here’s the information I got: the application was never ran, but automatically denied but I got an approval email but I was told my Husband Daniel was never ran but we were both denied and we both have TWO hard inquiry marks on our credit!! I want those removed and want to speak to someone about this horrific experience. No one deserves to be treated like that. A lot of the time people are looking for loans to help make their lives easier. This caused me more stress and honestly hurt my feelings with how I was spoken too. Def did not need more stress to my life! Credit Karma should definitely remove y’all as a helpful company to assist people to are looking for help.

The worst company I ever dealt with. Poor customer service, nobody has answers and the gas lighting is evident. Brad sucks as a mgr he talks over you, always putting in a ticket! Naomi , Erica n Tricia or Tina is clueless and don’t know the job or have people skills, nobody returns calls until you start screaming. Corporate office seems like they are in la la land- all this trying to PAY $95.22. I have asked for higher mgrs n still nothing. Next stop BBB… you would be better off dealing with cash advance places then OMF. Eileen Rodriguez never ever ever ever returns calls she’s always so busy!

my experience with one Main turned to disgusting after I paid off my loan. I had a significant refund coming and a vehicle title. After about 3 weeks no check no title. Impossible to talk to main office. Information I got was items would be shipped by regular mail no tracking number. After paying one Main over $10,000 in interest they are too cheap to pay $3 extra for priority shipping with a tracking number. my opinion this is legal shylocking with rotten service. I now understand why no phone numbers available for the main office.

(Edited) This is my second tike dealing with OneMain. Once in Colorado and now in Arizona. I can say the first time was annoying with how you’d get law violating collection calls being only 1 day late but that was the worst there. Now I am attempting a second loan in Arizona with a WFH person you have. So I was going to blame the person working the loan for this but I think it is a break in the system here. Why doesn't the email for the info you send out state this is archived and what that means? How about also maybe more details on the deal I am sending the title in for would be nice since I do not have anything in writing for the terms? We also asked if we could deal with someone who is in office and was told we cannot move offices even though there is a OneMain 3 miles from my home which isn't this location she claims to work in.

took a loan out with OMF, part of the agreement was they would pay off one of my high interest loans directly. it's been 3 weeks, they haven't paid off the other loan, payments for that loan are still being taken from me, and One Main Financial is yet to return any of my emails or phone calls. now I'm paying I interest on the same loan twice. this company is terrible. wish I had some answers

Con artist. When they approve your loan they con you into adding things that are not good for anything. They conned me into getting the insurance to cover my payments if I was to ever lose my job. Well I’m currently laid off I went to them to access what I purchased and there’s absolutely nothing they can do to help me all they do is lie they are only in it for the money it’s very sad. I know most places are just out there to make money and I understand that but you should not lie or rip off your customers. And this place does just that I would not recommend this to anybody because you will regret it later on.

This place is a scam. Completed the application online and got approved. I called the Waco TX office and asked what all information they needed from me. They ran my credit and told me I was approved for a $3,100. Sent all information in and Jada said she would call me take to advise everything I would need to bring in. She never called back so I called the same day before they closed and confirmed with Robert that all i need was the title to the car and the car for pictures. I then received a call this morning form Jada advising what I needed again and stated she would see me at 5:00 today for my loan. Now this is 3 times 2 different employees said I was approved. I then get a call at noon stating I was not denied. How could I be approved and then be denied before I brought in all the car as advised. They lie to their customers and now I am in a bad spot because I advised I would pay something off when I was approved and now I have to figure something out since I lied to them since Main Financial lied to me. Liars and a horrible customer service. I considered this false advertisement sine I was approved in the beginning by again 2 different people at the local office

Stillwater OK. Your manager Ms. Browning doesn't have custody of her own children, but she wants to brainwash my 2 chdren against me. She even claimed my daughter on her taxes. I won't do business with any company that employs such a person as Ms. Browning.

Yes, the interest rate was high, but I was happy to have had received a OneMain loan at a time when I was two months behind on my car payments and needed my car for work. I have since paid off my loan but am grateful to have received it when I truly needed funds quickly!

I took out a loan with this company. Every so often they call for you to take out more money in loans but refuse to lower the interest rate from 25%. I found a lower rate somewhere else and paid the loan off in full with the payoff amount they gave me. Because they processed the loan after the date i was suppose to have the payoff to them they want to charge me 139$ in interest for 4 days...i got a bill today from them saying i owe the remainder or the amount of over $2000? There is something wrong with this company. They rip people off.

So I received a text saying I was approved for a loan and when I called to make sure it wasn't a scam both locations were extremely rude in assistance. The first 1 I called was the Torrance location.. actually the first was Long Beach location but they hung up on me..the Torrance location said ignore the message lol and the last location I contacted was the headquarters . I spoke with Edward Lawson and he was extremely rude and was not comforting at all with my insecurities of giving more information as a former victim of fraud .. and then he said go ahead and hang up and don't waste my time I have real customers I help....😑🧐😲 ...🙄ok...so I hung up. I would give a no stars if I could for customer service alone...the actual loan I couldn't get to because of customer service... however ..I'm not so sure not getting the loan was a bad thing seeing as how the other reviews
