Crane Credit Union Bloomington

The Bloomington branch specifically is terrible. Customer service is terrible. Communication is terrible. And the employees at this specific branch are just rude. The manager at this branch also asked me to remove this review, yet was still not being 100% honest with me. I typically will not leave reviews on anything but my time was wasted running in circles because of this branch’s staff including the manager. And I was lied to.

Rude!!! They bought my locally owned bank ..i had been a customers at for 30 years. When Crane took over EVERYTHING CHANGED. It went from quality customers service to pure rudeness! Do not use this bank....they are awful. Go to a locally owned bank like Peoples State Bank!!! If you are using them shop around. If I could give them zero star rating I would.

We’ve been with Crane for years and liked that it was a small bank. However, whenever I call to speak to someone I wait and wait on hold. We’ve been waiting for days to get someone in the mortgage department to get back with us to put an offer on a house. Not happy with this customer service..

The staff are friendly. The financial advisors very knowledgeable. For those that need to get the loan Good place to look at first. The credit unions usually have better rates anyways. So I would take advantage of that. The inside is pretty nice.

Didn't even open am account here. They bought my bank and now I want to close my account.. worst customer service I've ever had!!

The staff will laugh in your face as if they're ridiculing your appearance and they openly joke about "poor, sad children" in orphanages from China while they have members in the building. Ridiculous, racist women.

I've been experiencing an account issue that is returning my bills as "no account found". I've experienced this same message from multiple auto debit companies that have been pulling from the same account for multiple years. When I approached Crane's facilities manager about the issue and requested reimbursement for multiple NSF and late fees incurred due to the issue, I was told that the issue was not Crane and that they would not help. The likelihood that several separate companies are all experiencing the same issue as an error on their own respective ends is not plausibly likely, however, Crane maintains the issue is not theirs. I will be closing my account and recommend finding a credit union with more integrity.

Went in to consolidate some bills and not only did they get me more than I needed I'm now saving $600 a month and my interest rate went down from 12.99% to 6.850% great people that really want to help so I'd definitely recommend them to everyone I know. Thank you guys so much

The lady working the window was very rude and then when I asked a question she had a very bad attitude. After I grabbed my receipt there were 3 people standing at the window staring at me. Very unprofessional place with very rude workers.
