Great staff, incredibly helpful and welcoming. Great recommendations when it comes to their options, which I'm INCREDIBLY grateful for (if in case you don't want to outright sell an item). They also have quite an interesting collection of items at very reasonable prices to be honest (especially some of the firearms). Haven't really had any experience with a pawn shop before, very happy with my first experience here! Thanks guys!

The younger gentleman who wears the sock hats always gives me good loans on my chainsaws. Always friendly and laid back. Others though aren't as reasonable it seems. If I can only deal with the cool cat with the socket on then I WISH I HAD 2 MORE HANDS SO I CAN GV 4 THUMBS UP

Very fast and efficient service. Great deals and quality used merchandise can be found at their store. The staff is friendly and ready to go the extra mile. One of my favorite places to shop. I also shop at their downtown location and their Bedford one as well.

If no stars was an option they would get none. Took item to pay and tried to charge me $100 more than price on ticket! This place is a joke. I'd reccomend going to TomCats!

Worst place to go to in the world. Defiantly go to Tom Cats if you must. The most assbackards place in the world. Customer service was very faulty and very disloyal. I have never experienced so much incompetence in one room. Jesus can't save this place :(

THE most expensive pawn shop ive ever been to in mu life! Used items are about 10% under new cost. Then you have the arrogant non knowledgable staff. Please avoid Ace....Tomcats is great though.

Beyond incompetent. I took my Epiphone Les Paul custom in, the told me it was a special 2 despite the obvious pick guard and raised body. Figured I'd give them another shot so I took in my 32gb iPad mini w/ retina and 4g still in box. Told me it was 1st Gen WiFi only 16gb. So either the are idiots or assume the average consumer is. Don't go here

I've been shopping here for a long time and have always had a pleasant experience. If you need a tool to finish or start a project, I always check with the ace stores before anyone.

Ghetto. They will offer you about 5% of what your item is worth and then treat you like an idiot for trying to reason with them. Store is dirty and filled with outdated merchandise, not sure how this place is still in business.
