Craig is extremely helpful and walked me through every important detail as part of the process, ensuring that I was always well taken care of. He knew I was a numbers guy so he further enabled me by providing insight/spreadsheets to allow me to perform my own preliminary analysis which i GREATLY appreciated. I felt like i could call him about anything even just to talk for a bit and knew that i would receive a very quick answer. When it came time the loan logistics and other paperwork, this amazing level of service continued. Also, the Sun American Mortgage platform was extremely convenient and easy to work with when uploading all the necessary documents. Extremely professional and efficient. Craig was able to provide us with an amazing rate and made closing on our first home seamless. WOW! We seriously could not be happier about finding Sun American mortgage and Craig in particular to refinance our home.
