He even sent a letter to sellers letting them know we were strong, qualified buyers -- and that was completely his own initiative! We ultimately bought property with two homes on it which presented its own challenges. Dave was there, step by step, making sure the details were properly set and that the loan would be approved. He also made sure we had the lowest possible interest rate. Our real estate agent loved working with Dave and she constantly remarked how on top of things he was.
