Covington Credit N Spur, Longview

This company helped me out last year when I needed it. I have since paid off my loan and didn't renew because I didn't need it at that time. Now I call they tell me I'm approved and once I tell them what I have proof of for income they say they will have a manager call me back. I waited all day and no call so I took my information and went to the location. Once they review everything they say they can't use it because it isn't a 1099 because I'm self employed and brought my bank statement and only need the help because we my spouse was recently laid off. All the times they called asking did I want to renew or just call if you need anything and I was never late on a payment and they deny me. This is how they do good customers. The rating of 2 stars is because they did help me before but they won't help me now when I need it now until my business picks back up and my family is ok.

So far, I have had a really good experience with Covington Credit. If I am a little late on a payment, they work with me on it. The staff are very friendly and seem to genuinely care about their customers.

I have had nothing but positive attitude s from all employees at this Credit office. They go the extra mile to please there customer's and are very prompt with every thing they do for you. I am very grateful for there services.

I just want to thank the ladies over at Covington. They were very professional and really helped me at a serious time of need. I recommend them if you are looking for a loan.

Never had a account with these people. I paid a loan off that I never signed a contract for nor received the money. Now 2 years later they reported it not paid and sent it to a collection but the loan was paid in full? Will be hearing from my attorney for identity theft

Destiny was very patient with me, understanding and very personable. She needs a raise or a few days off! Lol all the ladies in the office are always pleasant to speak with willing to go the extra to help me when needed.

Fran is very nice and friendly. All the other staff is also nice when they call me or I come by the office. I recommend them to anyone ik need of a loan.
