I have used them for over a year now and never any issues. Always friendly and help me out whenever I need. Yesi is one of my favorite rep to work with. Great customer service and always help with figuring out my options are if I ever can’t pay or just need a little more time. All the ladies up their are always amazing and friendly

This place has been my go to for a loan. They report to the credit bureau so you can re-establish your credit. Yesi has been the extremely helpful when it comes to making a payment, refinancing a loan, or just answering questions, she really promotes a pleasant experience, amazing customer service!

I took a loan from Covington credit. Very easy application process over the phone. I was approved in les than 2 hours. Then picked up my money. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!!

Been using Covington Credit loan service since 2019, and all the women in that place are amazingly sweet and helpful. A new loan officer, Channel, was jus added to the team, and she's become a asset to helping me out (not to mention she knows where good fishing spots are located in cen tex). I strongly recommend visiting in person to get the full Covington Credit experience!!!!

Quick, fast and very professional is some of the things i look for when I give my business to a loan company. Yesenia I think was the name of the young lady that help me. She went above and beyond to make everything easy for me. Great attitude is hard to come by now and yesenia has all the great qualities.
