Covington Credit S Jefferson Ave, Cookeville

I've asked to be put on their do not contact list 3 different times. I don't have a loan there or never applied for a loan there. They've harassed me for years about someone else's loan!

The girls are doing a great job,Betty is an amazing manager I always look forward to working with her here in Cookeville. Thank you Betty for a great experience!

The manager Angela is very rude. I have a close friend whom was not even 5 days late, called Angela let her know would be late and the way she spoke to my friend was terrible. I will never do business with this company and I suggest human resource get a direct line for complaints. Extra favors to upper management lets you treat customers the way you want and not have any consequences for your rude actions.

After refinancing several times and never having a late Payment, Angela calls me and says I didn't pay my payment. I said umm yes, I did. She was hateful & continued to tell me I had not paid it. Then she hung up on me. I called back and I asked for an email or # I could text my confirmation to that proved I paid my payment. The girl transferred me to Angela. When I asked her for the email or numver, she asked who I was. When I told her, she said something smart & hung up again. Anyway, I had paid on time but they have no clue what goes on when you pay online. They will also call & mail letters to you non stop wanting you to borrow more money. I will never go to that place again.

This company is full of criminal thugs! They try to send unsolicited loans through the mail . They make it out like a check. They want to loan you $550 and you pay them $800! I have a stack of these unsolicited predatory loans . Thankfully I am financially stable enough not to be their prey. The owner should be in jail

I’ve had nothing but great experiences with Covington. The staff is friendly & professional, they get everything processed quickly so I’m not stuck waiting for hours. As with any loan company if you make your payments on time & communicate if you can’t versus dodging calls etc then you won’t have an issue.

If you are in a bind or in a time of need and need the extra cash like I did today I advise you to go see Betty at Covington credit in Cookeville beside game exchange she is a very professional person and she is on top of things I was in there maybe 15 minutes if that very great experience and I got more than I was even gonna try to get !!!

I wouldn't do any kind of business with this company my father took out a loan with them and he has cancer and they keep calling him and harassing and threatened him about their money. He is unable to pay the loan due to his health. The lady I spoke with said they had a right to call him about their money. Well don't my father have a right to die in peace. She could very rude with me but that's ok cause I called my attorney and channel 2 news and they want to run a story about them. If any one looking for a loan I wouldn't go to that damn place, cause they will treat you like a dog. But I will tell them right now if you ever call my father's house again I will put a lawsuit against you. You will be getting a letter from my attorney very soon. Do  not call him again it's simple as that or it's going to be trouble for you
