They lost my title and my keys, told me two different days they mailed from two different employees. I live in a rural area and never had a problem with my mail. After 4-5 phone calls and two different stories, the manager said she personally mailed the title and $60 spare key after her employee told that she mailed it. So I paid my loan within 2 months and I even wanted the recorded phone calls to be reviewed which they had not been. After complaining numerous times they basically blamed me😂. After they mail the title their no longer responsible, they dropped the ball and either lost my title and keys or they sent to wrong address. When I paid my loan I even asked the Crossville office if I should drive to Oneida to get my title and spare key back but thet said they would contact Oneida office and that they would mail it asap. After several phone calls they gave me 3 different dates they mailed it and just told me to wait a week or two and that it should be in the mail. They don't even put insurance when sending someones title and $60 spare key. I want my rebursement for having to get a new title and for the extra $60 key I had made at the Ace Hardware down the road from the Cash Express in Oneida.

They’re ridiculous policy is that if you don’t have a laminated department of motor vehicles identification card or drivers license they refuse you service. I wish I could give them zero stars or even negative stars. They are staffed by wonderfully courteous people, but the district manager Nellie and Laney are two of the most unreasonable people I have ever had the displeasure trying to work with. Not only will they never get my business, but I am going to discourage anyone else in this town or any other to go there as well. I will be posting this on all social media platforms of which I have thousands of followers, links and friends.

This place needs to be shut down. They find out u r not happy with their services, and AFTER U PAY YOUR LOAN IN FULL WITH CASH will still hold it open In the database so u cant go anywhere else. These people on Green st. Are a complete joke. One this is illegal, and then the DDO, wouldnt close it out because they wanted a bank statement why? One my loan is paid in full. Why would I need to bring u a bank statement when its paid, and why would it have to be dated for today, close the loan out and let me go elsewhere. The most unreal business I have ever seen. DO NOT GO THERE, THEY WILL SCREW U OVER BIG TIME. THIS IS NOT HOW U TREAT CUSTOMERS NO WONDER THEY GO ELSE WHERE. YOU ARE CROOKS. YOUR THE REASON WHY THIS KIND OF BUSINESSES GETS BAD RAPS.

My parents were in a car accident outside the Cash Express in Downton Jackson Tn. My special needs brother has stage four kidney failure. He needed to pee and the proprietor refused to allow him access to the restroom. I understand they do not offer a public restroom; however it is unbelievable they refused to help a special needs person who has kidney failure and had been in a car accident. :(

Stay away from these com artists, was in a wreck and have a police report. I lost wages due to the wreck and the wreck wasnt my fault. They wouldnt let me pay a day later. Dont do business with these idols!

They apparently think a great way of advertising is to throw a bunch of garbage out in front of your house and/or in your driveway -- plastic baggies containing useless promotional items with CASH EXPRESS written all over them. Several of the Cash Express offices in my area do this. It's literally littering. Gross.

My husband went to Rogersville today for a payday loan .she needs social skills and not to be so RUDE to people. Won't go back even tho we recieved a valued request to take out a loan sent from the main office in Cookeville,tn

It is 1:30 pm. They took our money at 9:30 and computers are down. You need to put a Manual way of doing things. I dont care how much they have to write. You can not depend on computers. I have one in Frankfort and they always help even when the the computers are down. Now I've been out there twice. I have the flu and I'm mad as hell. This is the Lawrenceburg Ky Branch. You have the poorest customer service ive ever seen.

Cash express will fire you then say you quit to cover their rear and keep your money. They expect you to take work home work for free then let you go wrongfully. They threaten your employment daily through emails because they're cowards that hide behind screens. Use all caps in threatening emails but can't say it to you face!

They take your money straight from the account without your consent. Seems very unethical to taking stimulus money the day after it came. F this company
