Trash been going here for year and every week I get paid they keep letting other companies and people pull money yes IV talk to everyone they tell me to get new cards and to call every week if it keeps happening tired of always trying to find cash all week I have a go fund me this week do not bank here

The best experience! Jess in mortgage department is AMAZING! She went above an beyond for me.. so fast at returning calls.. so fast at working hard for you.. great bank! My child died an couldn’t afford the funeral.. by them giving me a loan an helping me during my time of need.. changed my life! Love you COVantage!!

AVOID! Even by opening a simple savings account this place will do a hard credit check on you, causing your credit score to go down! This place was not authorized to do a hard credit hit, they have any rights to do so since I was not applying for a loan, I am merely a co-signer on a savings account opened by someone else. I have a checking/savings thru another credit union and they *never* did any sort of hard credit checks at all. Ridiculous and unnecessary. I just put thru a complaint to TransUnion to have it removed from my report.

I can't even fathom that I can still get letter through the mail but not ONE STAFF MEMBER CAN RETURN MY CALLS!!! I should not have to call over 5 times to get ONE person to call me back!!!

ave had a bank account through for co vantage since I was a little kid off and on but they tell you one thing and do another they Froze all of my accounts because I wasn't making as much money as I used to and was falling behind on a loan I asked them to help me get back on track they refused to help they tell you one thing and do another I told Megan about my issues she made me very upset after telling me I had to pay the loan off in Instead of Let me continue on making my Payment Monthly after I caught up.She told me that was not my option that I either paid in full or they are going to come repossess my vehicle. I told her how I feel And she hung up on me real good customer service lady thank for all your help.Not.

Great place to bank. Knowledgeable staff, and they really care about resolving any issues.

Would not recommend having your home mortgage done here. Terrible miscommunication and unorganized.
