In a day with everything done online without a face, Countrywide never treated us like a file number but rather a family member. This office fought for us & did so much work behind the scenes. Stephen walked us through the different scenarios of our refinance and we settled on one which fit our needs. We had some bumps in the road due to the untimely response time of our current lender which would have affected our closing date. Stephen went above and beyond suggesting alternate possibilities in order to close in a more timely manner. Robert Behic has been a true blessing. He came into our lives 30 years ago when my husband and I purchased our first home. We later refinanced our home and purchased a second home.
