I just opened up an account with Coosa Valley Credit Union. Brett and his staff are awesome! Very helpful and courteous. I would recommend this office to friends and family.

I waited for over an hour to speak to anyone,everyone that worked in an office got up and walked out when there was people waiting, except 2 people and a lady walked out due to no assistance, so for people to walk out while there are customers waiting is bad business! On the flip side the young lady that waited on me was very nice and apologetic!

The money i put in my account when I first opened it was taken out and used for my loan payment which is not due for another month. The teller apologized and said it would be about 15 minutes before they have it fixed. How do you take money for a payment thats not even due yet. Smh
