Absolutely by far the best customer service from any pawn shop in the area guaranteed. I was also amazed at their large quantity of firearms for great price! This is definitely going to be my go to pawn shop before any other.

I have absolutely nothing but wonderful things to say about City Pawn and Title. The customer service is superb. I feel like they treat me like family and i have been coming here for less than a year. I will never use another pawn shop for any of my personal needs and i have recommended City Pawn and Title to several of my friends. Just found out you can't make a payment over the phone. This Company needs to realize how many businesses you can pay by phone. Thats how I pay all my bills every month.. I don't believe.in b eing late on a payment. I'm not able to go and make this payment. I am disabled with lots of health issues. They said Cooperate want let them do it. I am outraged.Love this Place. Rhonda is the greatest. I'm am disabled and live on a fixed I come. Some months I run short on cash. I go there to pawn my title to my car for the cash I need. I pay it on the the 3rd if the following month. Pay a little interest but it is totally worth it when you need cash quick. As soon as I go in the door Employees say " Hello Mr. Hendrix. Its nice that people call you by your name. They make you feel right at home and they are like family. I would recommend people to go there. I've never pawned a title before. They made it easy and simple and quick. They are great. The team there are courtesies to all Customers. While I'm there I listen to see how the interact with their Customers. They do well there. They need to teach Customer Service to the other businesses in Cedartown. Thank each and every one of you for being h so kind to me. God Bless

City Pawn is the place to go in Cedartown for your pawn needs. The manager Rhonda (I hope I spelled that correctly) is one of the nicest people I've had the pleasure to deal with. I am disabled and she has went above and beyond for me on the occasions that I have been in the shop. She gave me her chair to sit in the first time I went in. She came out to my truck and helped me the second time I went to the shop. And today, after I made my purchase, she went to the back to get my items and brought them out to my truck again so that I could get off my leg after filling out my paperwork. Her crew are all extremely polite and helpful as well. All in all, City Pawn will have my business from now on! Five stars all around!
