Jennifer is really friendly and she has great customer service. I felt welcomed when I arrived didn't wait in line at all the service was fast and I got my money with no problem what so ever. I will tell my family and friends to go to financial cash services for money transfer and to cash their checks because I didn't jump through hoops to get my money. Great people doing a great job is something great and appreciated.

They say they accept foreign currency but when you get there they only accept certain denominations. Weak service. If you accept a country's currency. You should accept all kinds of bills they have.

This is one of the worst places Been there before and always have an issue, always used to go back thinking it wasn't gunna happen again but yet it keeps on happenening, how can they have rude people that do not appreciate their employees nor their customers!!! My mother has also had the same issue, she is an elderly lady who's had gone to bought a bus pass and the same lady Lulu has been rude to her too not wanting to sell her a bus pass. They really don't care about customers for them customers are not first! I also called the company and left a message and yet no one has tried to reach out to me. Bad bad company. I rather drive further to go to my own bank and not even have to pay to cash my check. By the way I only gave it one star because otherwise it won't let me post it but if I had the option to do -5 stars or -10 I would rate it that way.

Elsa and her entire staff at the South Bristol location, always greet you with a big smile, hello and they are very informative, friendly and extremely professional. I will go out of my way to use this location's services anyday.

Continental currency exchange is the only exchange house in southern California that I have been to that doesn't charge interest for the currency exchange and gives the best deals for euro to dollar exchanges that I have seen. I totally recommend it. There are several locations available (not just in Santa Ana).

Awful customer experience. Juan Martinez was not friendly nor helpful then he made mistake on my transaction which is very hard to reverse. Never coming back here
