We purchased a used car The salesman was not pushy and very courteous and polite. We were interested in three different vehicles. He was very patience and understanding. All vehicles we clean and good shape if we decide to purchase another vehicle in the future they will be the first dealer we will look at and refer to our family and friends. They also assisted us with getting our new plates in a timely manner. We were very pleased with them

The workers at CAW were very informative, professional, and efficient in helping me find what car I wanted and setting up a payment plan for that car. Kiki was awesome and super understanding of me being a first time customer. I would highly recommend coming here if you’re looking for quality cars and quality service.

After speaking w/Terin, I felt confident that everything was going to work out. Upon arriving at the dealership I was greeted by Vlad. The transaction was smooth, no "rush" job. No hidden agenda. Straight and up front. I am happy with my purchase, however I feel that I should have been shown/looked at more than one vehicle. So on a scale 1-5, I give 4.5

The "mystery man in the back" worked hard punching and crunching numbers to trade my car in for a car that fit my needs that I asked for. We had a car break down on us 200 mikes from home. They were the only place open when we were trying to get a rental car. When I called they only had one car left but they held it for us...saved our weekend! The entire staff was friendly and very helpful! We purchased our 12th car from Consumer Auto Warehouse on Oct. 1st of 2021. We purchased car number 1 from them back 2001. Vlad was our salesman and was very patient and helpful as my wife and I test drove about a half dozen cars. We ended getting a 2016 Chevy Cruze as our daily driver. I had been driving my previous vehicle for 14 years. I cringed at the notion of having a car note. Even though my car was in far condition, I decided that it was indeed time to look into a more fuel efficient and reliable vehicle. I shopped around for a few weeks and one day, I drove through Consumer Auto's lot. I spotted several vehicles with great mileage and met with Vlad. It took very little time to decide and get on the road. The process went smoothly and Vlad was very efficient, friendly and professional. He even calmed my fears of having a car note and negotiated with me something that is extremely affordable. Vlad made it happen!! I'm loving my 2016 Nissan Altma. I get all of my cars from here they have treated me fair. I bought a car from there and I had it for almost 10 years when it lost a cylinder at 299,885 miles. I have 3 other cars from there and there all running great my husbands van is a 2003 and it has under 200,000 we bought it back in 2014 I think it has been a great vacation vehicle. My 2012 I bought it and it has been a very reliable car no problems then I helped a friend to get a 2015 and she hasn't had any problems. Vlad is great salesman he has sold me every vehicle except for 1 and that was the 2015. Cheryl she is great she does Valley Car Credit that's the only way to go but its only for certain vehicles. The people over at the garage they do your inspections for free as long as you own your car and you bought it from them.

I can honestly say, I was impressed with my experience. I went there merely to check out the inventory and process and shocked myself when I left with an awesome vehicle with all the bells and whistles. The staff who serviced my needs that day, Andrew and Ryan were super cool, honest with me which I respected and warm and friendly. I have 3 children all itching to purchase their first vehicle and our first stop without a doubt will be the auto warehouse which is also super convenient to our location!!!!

CAW was willing to work with and my current credit situation. Very pleasant. There was some information that wasn't so forth coming about the new car but I did pay attention to paperwork and questions were honestly answered when asked. Would do business with them again.

Great customer service and was able to get a car within a reasonable time frame. First time buyer but they helped me find a finance company for a loan, as well as auto insurance for my vehicle. I would recommend CAW to anyone who is in the market as a first time customer.

Which they got me into a 2017 Nissan Versa way newer than the 1999 Toyota Corolla i was driving.During this time i was going through a rough week with a family member passing away and Terin and the crew did everything in their power to make sure our family was able to get to and from for the family.
