Honesty unsure why I am still a member. They are a small time bank with horrible customer service. You cannot speak to anyone in a leadership role because they are only “inbound” calls. Horrible customer service. Just horrible. Stay away. I will be leaving soon!!!!

I’ve had my share of issues with this place, including money transferred incorrectly, long wait times, and poor customer service. Looks like they’re spending money on renovating the building when they should be spending it on fake 5-star reviews to help cancel out all of these disappointed people.

Went to do a deposit to the company I work for using shared banking. Every other shared banking credit union allowed this but they turned me down here. A deposit is secure, a withdrawal is not!

Stopped by bank today. Don't own a computer and don't do digital banking. Bank is closed. After not finding any signs to explain why they are closed I checked website on my smart phone. Website does not explain. I call service center and after waiting 12 minutes to talk to a human I was told they are closed and "hope" to be open on the 23rd. If you ate old school I was told You will need to go to Plover or Stevens,Point. Very frustated.

Wasted 20 minutes of my lunch because the teller couldnt read a money order and was "afraid" that it was fraudulent. ( it was purchased at walmart) I explained to her that I worked at an office where I offered moneygram and assured her it was real. She finally cashed it, wasting almost all of my lunch time. The last straw was when connexus randomly declined a purchase for spectrum mobile as I was upgrading our plan. It caused so many issues that spectrum won't even accept that debit card anymore and wasted 3 hours of redoing the transaction through spectrum because they kept blocking the transaction. This bank is a joke of a financial institution. If you want a bank that you cant get ahold of, that declines random(sometimes important) transactions, that has employees that don't understand the basics of their job, has a closed lobby for an entire year+ and operates at the speed of a snail this is the bank for you.

Can't stand them. Bullseye was great and they destroyed something good. Why I haven't switched to another place yet is beyond me.

Falsely accused me of not having insurance. Proved to them multiple times and still charged me 1500 dollars for additional insurance. Will be transferring my loan to a different company.

I made my account in 2011 back when it was still Bullseye and I've had the same account. Ever since Connexus bought it out it's been one problem after another. The last straw has been when I tried to put my partner on my bank account (the one I've had for almost a decade, it's a checking AND savings account) and after a week of no contact I had to message them, only to find out they denied him being added as a joint owner because he doesn't have any credit. Are you kidding me? I've been a loyal customer since I was 18 years old, never using ANY bank besides this one, even after moving to a different state and then coming back, and you can't bother to add a name on my account so that he can cash his payroll? It's not even a credit account, I don't even have a credit card from them. It's strictly debit and he has to have CREDIT to be added to an existing account? Ridiculous, I'll be taking my business elsewhere and no longer be banking with this institution. What a joke.

I haven't had a ton of interaction with the staff as I just joined to have a local bank option. I moved from CO and am a Chase customer and the closest branch is in Point. I am too entangled with different bill pay and auto debit options to cancel that (Maybe I'm lazy, but its a lot of work to change banks). The interactions I have had have been fine though. What drops the score for me is there is no way to deposit in the ATM like most other banks have. Sure I can go through the drive through, but for efficiency and freeing up your tellers to help people that really need it, why can't you deposit in the ATM? Seems silly in this day and age. Its decent option and they dont have fees on the checking which is what got them my business but PLEASE add a ATM where you can make deposits!

The drive thru is only open until 530 Monday thru Friday (they are not open Saurdays). I work Monday thru Friday until 530 so it is impossible for me to make deposits anymore when I start at 745am. Unless I take off of work specifically to make a deposit. So don't open an account with this bank if you want to make any kind of deposits because their hours are horrible!! They could at least be open Saturdays!!
