    We recently bought a car from Conicelli - the 5th car we have purchased from Conicelli. This time we decided to go with a Nissan for a change; our previous cars were Honda Pilots and CRVs. We called Tone Hicks, who has worked with us before and told him what we were interested in, and he had the cars outside the office the next day for our appointment. Tone was very knowledgeable, explaining all the features and electronics of the cars in detail. He is such a pleasure to work with! Actually, everyone we encountered was friendly and helpful. The entire process was smooth and seamless, and we were finished within a few hours. We will continue to purchase all of our future cars from Conicelli, because they truly are a nice place to do business!

    When I called to schedule my appointment, I asked for additional work to be done, on top of the recommended service. That additional work was not done. I suspect that it was never actually scheduled when I requested it. I also did not receive communication about the status of the repair work. I did not know that the car was ready until the invoice appeared in my email box. I am constantly disappointed by the poor communication of the service department - though not disappointed by the quality of the repairs that they perform.

    The representatives are very friendly and professional. I like how they come and give you an update on what's going on with your vehicle while waiting. They give my car a thorough check every time I come in for maintenance to see what may need to be fixed on my next visit (i.e. fluids, tire rotation or alignment, tires, brakes) etc.

    It sucks to have to leave such a low review but it’s important to be honest. I’ve bought 4 vehicles here, and if I were leaving this review a few years ago it would be a 5 star. The staff here used to be attentive, welcoming, thorough, not at all pushy, and professional. But, something changed in the past 2-2 1/2 years I think. For whatever reason, a bevy of new staff was brought on, and to say that the professionalism is lacking would be a very mild way to express what I actually mean. Rude and dismissive would be closer to accurate, but still not adequate. Another recent development is the fact that when calling to make an appointment, there is a likelihood that no one will answer, and leaving a message is a waste, as no one calls back. Additionally, the work is subpar. Example, I’m currently at the dealership waiting for my truck to be serviced for what is likely a minor issue with the starter. Instead, the young lady working at the desk just came to tell me “um, you know how you have an extended warranty from when you bought it here…well that’s good at any dealership (I’ve never once in my life ever heard that and assume it’s incorrect) so you’ll need to take it somewhere else because we don’t have the right tools.” Don’t have the right tools? I didn’t realize my truck was a space shuttle or a Nimitz class aircraft carrier. The RIGHT TOOLS?! Y’all…my grandfather turned wrenches (as a hobby, never even professionally) on hundreds of vehicles over the course of 82 years. Never once did I ever hear him say “I don’t have the right tools.” This is just plain absurd. I could go on with many more examples, but this is already incredibly long. Now, I don’t want to be one of those “I will NEVER come here again”, because years ago it was great. But, I HOPE that Conicelli Nissan has the INTEGRITY and PROFESSIONALISM to take this critique and look inward and correct the deficiencies. A great place to start would you be to retrain the staff on workplace professionalism and work ethic.

    They were supposed to install tire sensors but I still can't recieve a psi reading across my dash. And now I'm hearing the rattling in my wheels again that I originally heard when I first brought the vehicle to Conicelli back 3 months ago and told them about it.

    I took my car for nIssan Service Call and State Inspection. i received Quote for $1790+ for recommendation and $275 for mandatory Service to pass State Inspection. I paid which is mandatory and completed inspection. after 2 days, my car is giving trouble during start up which is related battery. i replaced battery on 2018 and Dealer says it's in warranty. When i took today for this, I got response, It's not battery and we need to run diagnostics and you need to pay for It. Here is my question. why i am getting issues after complete system check. Dealer did 360 Degree service week ago. How it got missed on the 360 Degree Service. During Inspection, i requested, i am seeing battery week System when i press lock key at night with headlight turn on and different response when head light turned off. Dealer ignored health Check. Today, on the report, it's mentioned customer reported engine shuts off during driving which i didn't say. How can we understand what Technician and dealer did during 360 Degree inspection ?

    Bad experience and a waste of time! Was just sent an email about a so called "year end sales event" at Conicelli Nissan. What sales event? When I was seeking to put a deposit on a car earlier today, that car was sold out from under me. The dealer said there were no other ones coming in and complained that their inventory is so low on the 2021s and they have no pricing on the 2022s. If you don't have any cars, how could you have a year end sales event?! We have bought and leased cars for many years, but never had such a lousy experience. It's Conicelli's loss, as my family and I would likely have bought/leased a number of cars from them and traded in others had this experience been a positive one.

    I've had a good experience buying cars here, but the service department keeps getting worse and worse every time I have brought my car in for service lately. There is so much incompetence with the service department recently that it makes me nervous to have them working on my car. The customer service people who check your car in and out can't seem to explain or understand what work was done on your car or what is needed, no one calls you to tell you when your car is ready to pick up, and then when you come to pick it up they can't locate your paperwork or keys to check you out so you have to stand around for a half hour while they search for the paperwork on your car.

    My car was being serviced for routine maintenance as well as several other issues I had endured recently with my vehicle. I reported not being able to access the inside cabin by using the driver door as it would not open. (Which could have been due to the cold weather). The door eventually had no issues by the time I took it to the dealership however my main concern was that I also experienced having issues starting my vehicle on one occasion during the previous week before the service day in question. Upon pushing the start button the car would just crank and not turn over. All electrical components came on and the dashboard read 20 miles left in gas. This was tried multiple times to no avail. And later that same day after using a gas canister to put gas in the vehicle it started with no further issues. Still reading at 20 miles.

    I went in because my oil light was on and I was told that it was probably from my gas cap which wasn’t put back on after getting gas last. I went home and after 3 days the light is still on and I looked under my hood because I smelled antifreeze. I now see white powder under my hood so I will need to reschedule another appointment to have my car checked out. The last time I was in for major service they had to replace my coolant system so it’s probably still not working correctly. I’m frustrated at this point.

    My daughter & I had a great experience at Conicelli. The manager, Dennis Difilippo was so helpful making sure we got the best price. We had a wonderful sales person, Justine Pearson, she was so helpful. She explained all options, we left there knowing everything about our new car. From now on this is my car dealer.

    The most recent and only experience that I have had with Conicelli Nissan, was watching the teams work amongst themselves and yet working as one big team. My Nissan Rogue needed service and Mark, the service manager was able to promptly take on my case, and handle it totally like a professional. The job was assessed, researched and promptly taken care of. I was back on the road in four days after a major job. Conicelli Nissan should be proud about the leadership and teamwork that their service department imparts to their customers.

    I am never disappointed with the level of service and communication with Conicelli Nissan. Since purchasing my car there, I bring it there for routine service and state inspections. Inspections are free since the car was purchased there. A previous car I would take to my local guy who occasionally seemed to cause a future issue. I have never had that issue at Conicelli and while my Altima has over 110k miles, it runs still like it did when I bought it. Conicelli has added text update tools and has a quick intake and pickup system making me happy to keep bringing my car there for service.

    I’ve been going to Conicelli for years and they always have great customer service! Today I went in for an oil change and tire rotation and they get you in and out pretty quickly. Adam Tuzman was my advisor and he was great. He explained everything in detail and was super personable. I always have a pleasant experience when I go to Conicelli and would definitely recommend it to friends and family!

    I called ahead to be sure that they had a certified technician to work on my convertible top. They assured me that they did, so I drove approximately 45 minutes to drop my car off at their shop. The next day, the only call I got was to beret me for coming on the wrong day - which I had not. At the end of the day, I called to check on my car and it took almost 30 minutes for the receptionist to actually find my car. She aplogized and couldn't give me an explanation as to why my car was so hard to find but assured me that my car was finished. She asked if I could still come to pick it up that day. But since they closed in 30 minutes, and I live so far away I asked about coming the next day. She seemed upset by this and insisted that I be there by 10am. This meant that I would have to take off work to get it, but I made the arrangements, found a ride and went. When I arrived, nothing had been done to my car - no one even looked at it. I was told that they did NOT have a certified mechanic to work on convertibles and that I'd need to take it to a body shop. Needless to say, I was frustrated. When I politely asked the valet driver if the car parking me in would be moved since I needed to get back to work, he told me to "relax, I'm getting to it" in a very sarcastic tone. Once I got home, I called and asked to speak to the manager. I wanted to express my frustration about the almost 6 hours of driving, miles and wear and tear I had to put on my vehicles for them to not even look at my car (2 vehicles for me to take it and 2 vehicles to get me back there to pick it up). It has been several days and I have not received a return call from anyone. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!

    I wasn't even there to buy a car. I was getting my van inspected. They didn't have shady I wanted on the lot anyway. I wanted a 2022 pathfinder. There was a pathfinder but it was an SV..... out of my price range. And I was told it was sold. So I was just talking to Armen... not even about cars. Then I assumed him "When are they getting the S in?" He said "November". Come to find of the SV was not sold. In the end, I ended up going home happy and with the SV. They gave me a great price for my van. So I was able to afford it. Armen was great. (Side note) In Oct. of 2016 Armen,s brother Dennis sold me my 2016 NV3500 SV and not Oct. 2021 Armen sold me a 2022 Pathfinder SV. I am extremely happy with the sales team for getting this done.

My very first interaction with Dee immediately earned my business because she asked if I was ok after learning I totaled my car. 16 years ago Conicelli Toyota blessed me with my Corolla. So I knew of the commitment to developing good relationships. When I went to look at the Rogue, I met Rich and I will recommend him to everyone I know! He made me comfortable with his professionalism and knowledge. I can see why he is a award winning salesman and Conicelli Nissan is lucky to have him! He helped me to figure out the best features and costs for me and really listened to me. He was absolutely right that I would love my 2021 Nissan Rogue. Hassien in Financing was fantastic too!     It all started with me ready to voice my opinion because I just got my inspection two weeks prior, and I just started hearing what I thought was my breaks going bad. The Service Rep listened to my issues, explained that something does not sound right, and bypass charging me for the break diagnostic. After the mechanic looked at my car, he said my breaks just needed to be cleaned off, and that resolved my issue—I left the service center without being charged. I had lousy service experience at the previous two Nissan Service Center, but I now feel I found my home Service Center for all my repair and service needs

    In the market for an EV or new Nissan? Ask for Christen Hartz!! She was phenomenal! We had visited two other dealerships prior to coming to Conicelli. The sales staff at the other dealers knew little about their product, in fact one of the staff had to ask another staff member basic questions about the car. On a test drive at a different dealer, I showed them how to turn e-pedal driving on! Christen's knowledge of the Leaf was incredible. She knew from the inside out and answered every question I asked her. She showed me how to operate many different functions and explained the "how" and "why" of each. She was kind, too, which makes a world of a difference. She didn't just speak to me, but also to my son who was with me. The entire process lasted under three hours. That's efficient! I never felt pressured in to making a deal and wasn't pressured into buying add-ons or accessories. The entire staff at Conicelli was excellent, but Christen went above and beyond. I also want to commend Hassan Elghawy, Finance Manager. He was wonderful to work with. He carefully explained the terms of the lease and answered all of my questions. Unlike other dealers, he did not pressure me into buying add-on services, but simply told me about them.

    I waited for three hours for my car to be completed and then was charged for repairs that was supposed to be included with my service in my lease agreement. This information wasn't even on my account and they had to "look it up" in order to take off the charge...unacceptable. Barely an apology or acknowledgement of almost overcharging me by $100 and i bet no one will reach out to make this better. i wonder if i have been charged unnecessarily, in the past, based on the fact I just trusted them to do the right thing.

    I searched the internet for a fix for the multiple scratches on the back bumper of my 2012 Nissan Rogue by a store employee loading a door into my car. I came upon Conecelli parts, and found a bumper guard for my make and model. The price was right so I went ahead and ordered. I immediately received emails (not just the automated kind) from their sales department thanking me for my order, and providing shipment information. The part arrived just when they said it would, and in good order. I highly recommend Conicelli as the customer service they provide is top notch. They appear to pride themselves on taking care of their customers and I imagine if I had a problem with the order, they would have been just as responsive. I love doing business with companies that take this caring attitude towards their customers no matter the size of the order, and won't hesitate to purchase from them again. I can recommend them without hesitation!

    When I first went there months ago I loved it and the staff. That hasn’t changed. But recently I had to pay for the checking out off the problem which I NEVER had to before whenever I had something wrong with my cars. They charged way too much for what was wrong. It turns out that the problem was the OPPOSITE side of the car!! My new mechanic charged me HALF of what Conicelli charged me! I should have followed my instincts about dealerships.

    I was looking for a white 2020 Nissan Rogue SV with the Premium Package and tan interior. There are a limited supply of those anywhere; but Conicelli and a few other dealers in the region had one. When a deal with my local dealer fell through, I contacted Dan McCarney at Conicelli. I told him my situation and what I was looking for. The few other dealers wasted their time with me on the phone with more concern of getting me to come into the dealership as opposed to listening to my needs and trying to make a sale. Dan was not only very attentive, but also very professional. Within the hour, I had put down a deposit on the car I wanted. When I arrived at the dealership a couple days later, Dan was just as professional in person; along with everyone else that I met. My car was waiting for me when I arrived in excellent condition; and Dan and the Finance Manager Hassan took me through a seamless sales process that was a great experience for me. I've been a Nissan customer for years, but had never dealt with Conicelli since they were not my local dealer. Going forward, I would definitely use them again, not only for their great service and incentives, but for the fact that Conicelli offers great choices with other dealerships/brands to choose from.

    If I could give no stars I would. A complete nightmare experience from beginning to end! Sat 4+ hours trying to get lease set up (we have excellent credit) Purchased service package too. Every visit they tried to charge us. Every visit required a call with the service manger to “remember” we bought the package. Now, trying to do the buyout agreement is a never ending nightmare. They have sat on our payoff check fir almost a month and now want to charge us more. AVOID at all costs!

    Got a good price and everyone was friendly, but this is probably the slowest car dealership I've ever been to. We had arrangements to pickup our car we bought a week in advance and it took an hour. Paperwork was already done, all they had to do was hand us the key. Not to mention the day we were there actually doing the deal it took 6 hours. Be prepared to sit around a lot.

    I was at the service center for an oil change and the service representative checked for all the services my car needed and fully explained them to me. He kept in contact with me throughout the service and, when I realized that I had forgotten my wallet, he arranged for a shuttle to get me home and back to the dealership.

    I am in love with my 2020 Nissan Rogue Sport SV and all thanks to Armen and Justine! This was my first car leasing experience, and I was very nervous as I don't know much about cars or their financing, etc. Armen made me feel very comfortable and in control of the whole process - he thoroughly answered ALL of my questions, and if he couldn't answer it, Justine could. Their financing team is wonderful as well! The teamwork I witnessed is something I hadn't seen before at a dealership. Armen and Justine made my car leasing experience one I'll never forget. The relief I had as I drove off the lot in my wonderful new car with the exact financing goals I set for myself before I went in is all thanks to Armen and Justine! 10/10 customer service and satisfaction!

    From the moment I entered the showroom at Conicelli Nissan I was greeted with smiles and warm hellos. Everybody from the salesperson to the general manager (and in-between) made be feel comfortable - no pressure at all. Their knowledge of their vehicles enabled me to tailor a car to my needs. At one point they went above and beyond my expectations. The entire process was relatively quick, needless to say I was quite pleased. My experience at Conicelli could not be equalled.

    I brought in my Sentra for sudden loss of RPMs at highway speeds. The first clerk was great - took a look at the warranty and told me that since the transmission is covered there shouldn’t be a charge, but might be if it’s not the transmission. Now they come out and say well since it’s already 4pm they can’t take it out on the highway because there’s traffic - so you owe us $135. They knew the time I was bringing it in and the issue but now are insisting that I pay for an issue that they can’t solve. Unbelievable

    I had to come in for my 40,000 mile service and I waited until I absolutely had to given the current situation. My brakes started scraping and I new they needed to be looked at. After initially being told 1 hour and then an hour and a half after the brake service I waited 3 hours. I had my three year old with me because I had no one to watch him. For the most part he was fine, and we were waiting patiently. The thing that upset me the most was the woman that was checking everyone out when they paid started talking to a colleague about "These mothers that get bored at home and come in for oil changes because they have nothing better to do. They put all of and their children in danger." It was all I could do to calmly walk out and wait outside for the rest of the time. I came into your establishment because I absolutely had to. I had to bring my son because I had to. I am still working and need to drive safely. I do not think I will ever be back knowing that people like that women work there.

    I really can’t speak highly enough of my experience today at Conicelli Nissan and especially of my experience with salesperson Ben Moran. Ben and I made contact five full months before this purchase as an aside during a service visit on our previous car. He maintained contact to keep us up to date on specials and opportunities and to really get to know what we were looking for. When the time came to make a purchase he was ready with the cars we knew that we wanted to see and the one he thought would be the a great fit based on our conversations. He was 100% right on target with features and price point and a few hours later we left with a car we are thrilled with. Car buying in general stresses me out but Ben and the rest of the staff at Conicelli made it a stress free experience. We will be back!

    I am changing my review because a week after my new transmission my check engine appears again and same throttle issues. I take my car again on November 6th. I waited for 6 hours for no one seeking me out when my car was done being diagnosed..This company has at least 15 ppl working in the customer service area for service but have no communication with customer waiting in waiting area. I watched ppl come and go all day like I was on the clock. I finally got up and asked for an update and was told my advisor was unavailable. I said this happened last week. It is too many ppl here for lack of communication. I given a breakdown of what part I needed and it was not kept on site it has to be ordered. I said ordered it I figure it out. I was told come back Tuesday. I called Tuesday because I live 45 mins away. Well guess what my part was not ordered. I am inconvenience again and had to extend my rental for my everyday mom duties. Concelli needs some customer service training along with sensitivity training. I just had my transmission replace was prepared to pay only to find out it was covered under factory warranty. Thank to the original owners who purchased because the money I saved can help with bills due to being unemployed.

    Well, thank goodness for Kevin in sales! We had a scheduled appointment to buy out a lease. The person who arranged this via phone and email gave us several bits of incorrect info (even after claiming to have checked with his manager.) We are now waiting for a refund of over $500 due to his error in calculating the bottom line. We received confirmation emails about our appointment, yet it was never assigned to anyone which is why Kevin stepped in to help (again, thankful for his efforts and patience!) The sales manager on the floor, in an attempt to be helpful, presented himself with an arrogant and defensive attitude. Our initial experience in leasing this car had been pleasant, but this situation today-not so much.

    My mom took her car in for service yesterday and was scheduled to be picked up from work at 3:30. Instead, not only was she NOT picked up, she wasn't called or notified in any way, and spent 4 hours calling the dealership with no response or return call, had to find a wag home from work out-of-time, and still has no idea whatsoever where her car is. Forget unpredictable, we're borderline theft here. Hopefully we can get some information this morning but regardless this is completely inexcusable. If zero stars were an option it would happen.

    My most recent experience Friday Friday may 6 what it was a very good one I was able to drop my car off early morning and come back early afternoon for it i had a fearly inspection oil change and ask them to look at my cooling system link system to make sure there weren't any Issues what I love about Conicelli Nissan is they are very professional always on point With their auto service And the atmosphere It's nice ..

    If you’re looking for a new vehicle, you have to stop by Conicelli Nissan and visit Gideon. I was looking for a midsize truck a few months ago and checked out a handful of dealers. This is a tough market to be a buyer, but Gideon made it easy. Even though he didn’t initially have what I wanted, he followed up with me as soon as he did. I’m glad I made the appointment - he had the Frontier ready to drive before I showed up. His professional demeanor and charming personality sealed the deal. I was so impressed with my purchase that I brought my girlfriend in before her lease was up. We’ve now purchased two vehicles from Gideon and will likely refer him to all our friends and family.     I walked into the service center without any appointment on 03/26/2022, i was told that since i do not have an appointment i would have to wait a substantial amount of time to which i acknowledged and consented to waiting After 3 hours i went to the reception and asked for an ETA, to which i was responded that sir we told you like 3 times that it would take time, i responded saying that i totally understand and agreed to waiting but all i am asking is for an ETA so that i can call up my friend who can pick me up so that i can take care of other tasks at hand, then the personnel said that they would check with the technicians and get back to me with the ETA within a few minutes, i waited for 20 mins but no once came up with the ETA and i left with my friend who came to pick me up This was regarding the rude behavior i faced at Conicelli Nissan.. now i have been getting my vehicle serviced at this place since 2019... THIS WAS DEFINITELY NOT THE KIND OF CUSTOMER SERVICE I WAS LOOKING FORWARD TO AT ANY SERVICE CENTER The service i had asked for was as follows:- Oil Change Coolant Flush and Replace Safety Recall Hood latch replace - WARRANTY I opened up my vehicle's hood just to check the hood latch on 04/02/2022 (evening) AND TO MY SURPRISE I SEE THAT COOLANT RESERVOIR CAP IS MISSING, THERE IS SOME SMALL AMOUNT DEBRIS IN THE RESERVOIR SINCE THE CAP IS MISSING FROM A WEEK NOW, ALSO THE COOLANT LEVEL IS BELOW THE MINIMUM MARK I SHOULD HAVE OPENED UP THE HOOD AT THE SERVICE CENTER ITSELF, BUT ONE EXPECTS SUCH SIMPLE TASKS TO BE CARRIED OUT WITHOUT ANY ERRORS.. I MEAN IT WAS JUST A SIMPLE COOLANT FLUSH Would be going to there on 04/04/2022 so as to ask them to find my missing coolant reservoir cap and ask them what they think of the debris in the reservoir DISSAPOINTED THAT I WASTED ALMOST MY ENTIRE DAY OF 03/26/2022 IN THE SERVICE CENTER AND I HAVE TO GO BACK THERE AGAIN

    I just bought my very first brand new car with Conicelli Nissan 3 days ago. My sales rep was Christen. She was really awesome. I did not wake up planning on buying a car! My husband decided to say let's just go for it as we're sitting in my eye doctor appointment so we headed right there after the appointment. I was hungry and had a headache and Christen was doing the most to cheer me up and help me get excited about buying a car.     After a terrible car accident my experience started at a different dealer who sold the car while I was literally on the road to purchase it. I called Conicelli up and they assured me that their car was available and they’d hold it for me while I drove to their location. The whole Conicelli team from Montana Tyler, to Jon Anspach, Hassan Elghawy, and Rich Anderson were extremely helpful, courteous, sympathetic to my situation, and just a pleasure to do business with. Even in this current market I felt like I paid a fair price for the vehicle, while other dealers are taking advantage of the environment. I would highly recommend Conicelli dealers to anyone!

    got 4 new tires , but all 4 new tires have 4 different tire pressures. also I had 4 green tire pressure caps, but after replacing 4 new tires . i had 1 black, 1 green and 2are missing. very careless job done. 4 different tire pressure , 2 caps missing.. also one of Lug nut was broken and was told to replace it that will cost me over $200, not sure its already broke or guy broke it while taking off, not sure but its not broken when I took it to for repair... very unprofessional and really bad service.

    Service Department Impeccable: I've never had such welcoming experience with a service department that made you feel special. I just want to send shout out to Mark Weber who walked me through the process of dealing with my two discrepancies with my 2017 Nissan. Before I even dropped off my vehicle, I received text reminders about my appointment. Mark kept in touch with me about the status of my repair. Two weeks prior I was at another Nissan dealer who could not duplicate my complaint with my AC system (problem #1) and wanted me to leave my vehicle two days to order the part for a seat belt (problem#2). Because I indicated the problem #1 was intermittent, Mark asked permission to hold my vehicle overnight as well as run it all day to duplicate the complaint #1. Awesome!!!!! They duplicated and figured out the problem after talking with corporate office, they offered several solutions. Also when I made the appointment about problem #2, the appointment person ordered the part for me and it was ready to be installed the day I had the appointment. Thank you Conicelli for taking care of your customers.

    The service team at Conicelli is Great! Every time when you just drive in, someone will immediately welcome you and arrange the service work for you. The service team have been done wonderful job. They handled the job professionally and friendly. Every time before check out, they also detailed explain the results of "Complimentary Multi-Point Inspection", that is very helpful, so you will know your car current status. Last time when I was checking out after my car service had been done, I asked Bill Randalph some questions about my car alarm setting since this car alarm behaviors is different with other Nissan car. He was very nice and patient. Not only answered all my questions, but also spent more time to go to other cars to show car alarm settings. I had an excellent experience at Conicelli Nissan. Strongly recommend to others!

    I came in to purchase a reliable car for my daughter who is in college. I had the privilege to work with the best salesman Darnell. Despite what I thought the experience would be when you go to purchase a car. He definitely removed all negative thoughts. He went above and beyond to make sure my daughter found the "perfect car."     Where to begin...I originally leased a car from them and did not have issues over the duration of the lease. Once the lease was getting ready to mature, was when all the issues and bad service came into the picture. When talking to a salesman, they were unable to explain to me what type of safety checks and services needed to be done in order for me to buyout the lease. They explained that the car would need a new inspection sticker since their standards may "differ from other shops, which we can't trust." After hearing this, I was able to talk to their sales manager in which they gave me the proper breakdown of what services were needed in order for me to buyout the lease. Next was the finance manager. In talking with finance options, they made it very difficult to complete the purchase. The rep that I was speaking to on the phone prior to coming in, assured me that I'd be able to use a third party bank as a financing option. When going into to discuss this an option, the finance manager said that it was not possible and that I would have to finance through Nissan only. When I called back to set up an additional appointment, the rep that I originally spoke to and said that I wouldn't have an issue with third party financing, was shocked to hear how I was treated at the dealership. After this obstacle was worked through, the headache began. I visited the dealer on multiple occasions after talking with my bank on what requirements were needed in order for the sale to be complete. I went to the dealership with this list and had asked for a bill of sale, only to be told by the finance manager that they do not do that and I needed to call Nissan directly for this piece of paperwork. Ok, that is not a problem. Once I called Nissan and asked about the bill of sale, they were confused and mentioned that piece of paperwork is something that they do not populate for buyers, that it is on the dealership to produce that. Wonderful! I went back into the dealership and made them aware that Nissan does not have the paperwork that my bank was looking for. Magically, they were able to produce the necessary documentation and information for my bank to use, but still not up to the standards that originally were requested by my bank. After this, I decided to take my business elsewhere, called a separate dealership where they were very accepting of my request and was ready to produce the bill of sale paperwork that was required as soon as I made it in. My next compliant, the service department. While going through the requirements in order for the car to be sold to me, it was mentioned that I needed a quick safety check so they were able to sell the car to me and not be liable for any issues. Well it turns out, they only made matters worse when they replaced my front breaks. After the service job was completed, I noticed that my breaks were screeching and the steering wheel would rumble when applying the breaks in a quick manner, something that I did not notice prior to getting the breaks replaced. A few weeks went by, and this issue persisted. I finally took my car to a local shop, Gibbons Automotive in Media, PA (amazing shop, I would highly recommend). He reached out to me and mentioned that yes they did replace the breaks, but they did an awful and cheap job to get the car out the door. Again, what a wonderful feeling. We chatted in-depth about what the dealership did in order to "get by" and get my car out the door. It turns out, they did a "break pad slap" job in which they were extremely quick and cheap with their labor, by not fully replacing the break pads, rotors, or anything that was necessary for a quality job. None of this was communicated to me after being serviced by Conicelli. A meeting with the manager is set up and I refuse to give this business anymore of my time and money. I highly advise anyone reading this do the same as the workers are not knowledgable and the service department does cheap work in order to meet the volume needs. Thanks Conicelli for making my car purchasing experience quite awful.

    While at Conicelli Nissan this most recent time I have to say the staff was great. I had brought my car in last year (October) to diagnose a tailgate issue. The car was returned and they told me they had to order the part. I never heard back from anyone and it just wasn’t at the front of my brain for something I had to do right now. Now when I make my appointment to bring it in I told the person that the car has already been diagnosed it was waiting for a part. I told it it would be a waste for my car to sit there if the part wasn’t in. So basically the car was reassessed and they tried to fix it but wound up having to order the new parts again anyway. I was without my car for almost a week. To top it all off I gave my insurance card and state inspection cards when I dropped it off and they LOST them. Several staff looked around for about 45 min while I waited, to no avail. If you have a document with someone’s name all over it, why not just keep it with their file?

    I didn’t know it would take almost 3 hrs for the routine oil change. I have been upset due to the fact that I purchased the used car in March and have been to the service 3 times, my key fobs don’t work, display screen in car blacks out, I’m still getting the front hazard crash lights that continue to come on.... I can’t keep affording to pay for repairs of something that should have been throughly checked when I purchased the car...I’m highly disappointed with my used car purchase experience

    The worst experience ever. I buy a brand new car and the steering rod is broke and there is no teplacement. Don’t buy Nissan. This dealership told me 24 hrs but never even told me when that status changed to indefinitely. I hate my customer service rep.

    I scheduled an appointment for an oil change and a tire to get checked on my work van. Appointment was for 10:30 today. It is now 1:30 and I was just informed that they are now draining the oil and Changing the tire. So after sitting here for 3 hours now they are starting to work on it though they claimed it would take about an hour total. Unacceptable and horrible way to treat a customer.

    upon bringing my car to the dealership my son asked the woman at the desk(once the car was checked in)if they accepted 3 party warrantees(Silver Rock) upon checking she informed him that they did. Once they finished looking at my car they told him that the part need would be $600 and that my warranty was expired. Upon me checking with my warranty I was told by them that the dealership hadn't check with them or put in a claim. I tried calling to speak with someone and left a message with no return call to find out what is going on. The customer service at this Nissan is not good at all. I would give them no stars but it makes you give them at least 1. A. Whitmore

    The Conicelli parts department made it easy to order exactly what I wanted right through the website. After I ordered, they followed up asking for my VIN to make sure I ordered the rights parts. They also helped me make a service appointment to get the parts installed on my Nissan. They have a Nissan customer moving forward. I have never had such great service and follow up from any other dealer.
