Had a great experience working with Leonard at Conicelli. We went there on a Thursday just looking and went to the building that you can’t see in. Leonard asked how he could help us and told him that my wife got preapproved and the guy we were supposed to work with was not present. He took us in worked with us and we walked out with a 2020 Honda Pilot. We were so pleased with the experience that we were track the next day and bought a 2018 Ram bighorn. Just today I traded in my Toyota Corolla for a Camry and yet again Eli was very helpful, supportive and so pleasant to deal with.
