Dan was very rude and unprofessional. I reached out to ask how much appraisals generally range and that I was looking to possibly go with a different lender than who I was working with currently as quickenloans tries to get 12,500 (after researching most places range between 3-5k for appraisals) he was rude and laughed and said "your looking for a different lender based on an appraisal cost? I said no for other reasons as well including grant options for first time home buyers he said he doesn't offer any grants and hung up on me after a rude Goodluck. Bad customer service. A grant wasn't a Dealbreaker bad service is.

Michelle and Dan from Concord mortgage help my family out after a five-year battle with another Mortgage Company. This was not an easy refinance definitely one for them to put in their book as a completion and another satisfied customer. Their time and dedication to my specific refinance is memorable.
