I have banked with CFCU for 12 years now. I live part of my year abroad and they are the best about juggling my schedule and helping me when there is an issue. The debit card department is hands down the best team of women I have ever been in contact with.

Excellent people, fast, friendly, efficient. Reasonable rates. Very helpful when you have issues, especially if you treat them with a modicum of respect. I have had an account there for over forty seven years, not going anywhere. Nate, you must be the kind of person everybody advises that "everyone makes the place better, some by staying, some by going.....just saying.

Member since 2003. Excellent service. Very proactive to identify potential fraudulent purchases. Always helpful and friendly. Great auto loan rates.

This place is a joke. They put a $500 limit on your card and aren't open on Saturdays like every other bank. Plus there's always something wrong with the system. Dont bank here go somewhere else

They helped me on my own PayPal error. They have earned my loyalty.

Worst bank I have EVER dealt with, I had several payments coming out and bought gasoline which cause a hold and brought me 3$ short of the funds needed I have banked here for over 10 years and lately all they care about is money and customer service is terrible every time you call they will put you on hold for minutes at a time. In the 10 years I was able to have 3 NSF fees reversed and they had gladly offered to take care of, but now today that is not an option for them I was hung up on 4 times today and they just gave me the run around. Then to top it all off when I asked why they were so steadfast about this fee and asked where the loyalty and respect of a tenured customer they stated we should that respect last time we credited a fee and if you would like to come in and close your account we will have the money waiting for you this is no way to EVER speak to a customer if I could give less stars I would as soon as I return to town I will close this account and make sure I let everyone know this is a terrible bank!!

I chose this financial institution because as a daughter of a veteran, my parents taught me that credit unions were better suited and more commited to their customers vs your regular for profit financial centers and over the years I must admit, this was true until I regretfully decided to join with Comtrust.... I believed that it was a credit union committed to bettering the community and to helping people, so as a single mother, I'm always looking for a way to be better my situation financially, I took a leap and switched to Comtrust. I opened three accounts, one for myself, my daughter and my business. After being affiliated with other credit unions I am pretty much aware of standards service fees etc. and due to being a penny pincher I closely monitor my accounts daily to ensure there is no fraud or anything to this event because no one likes to be stolen from. The first incident that left an uneasy feeling in my stomach was when a fradulent charge was made to my account and someone used my account to pay for their At&t mobile services. I go up to the bank and explained to them the situation and they told me because I have an account with Att that there was nothing the could do!! I was appalled never in all my years have I heard this but I complied and proceeded to Att. When I got to Att their service members did everything within their power to assist me however they stated since this was a fradulent charge my financial institution would be responsible for disputing the charge. I proceeded back to my financial center and advised them of what was said and they still declined any assistance!! At this point it was set in my mind that I may need to change to another company but with my busy lifestyle I decided to put it off since the amazing representatives at Att went through great lengths to reimburse me. The next two just situaions definitely took the cake and has me looking for another institution like tomorrow. Generally when the point of having a savings account is to save but also as a safety net so if for some particular reason you go over any funds you have available in your checking the saving transfer the money for you at no additional cost!! Well not here at Comtrust. If you go over as much as a penny then they will charge you $7 to transfer your own money!! How amazing is that right? Then to add insult to injury if you have insufficient funds instead of allowing you to pay the balance to avoid the fees like other institutions not only do they not pay it for you even if its just a few dollars they add an additional $35 fee !! Wow right!! Talk about bttering the community more like robbing them!! Last but not least if you try to use your debt card and you dont have sufficient funds instead of just declining the transaction they charge you $0.65... another wow right! It just saddens me that I did not do better research on the fees associated with every move I make. While i will be closing my accounts immediately and looking for another company this message is to anyone looking for a good financial institution. Please stay away if your looking to save because this place is like robbing from the needy to give to the rich!!

My mother went in for a bank statment print-off .They not only made it seem like such an incoviance for them but, they tried shoo her beforehand. Seems the tellers here would rather talk then provide simple customer service.

The is the most unprofessional place I've ever banked...I have a video of ANN the lady who says that she is over all the banks putt on hef hands on me over a bank transfer! Do not bank hefe
