This was my first experience with Compass Mortgage. Jason Fowler has helped me with clients in the past, but I had never used him personally. This experience has definitely reinforced my view that Jason is one of the best. His responsiveness early in the process to help me understand my options and to show me the different scenarios I could choose from were instrumental in my decision making process. Not only were their rates the lowest I could find (even my local bank couldn't do better), but their closing costs were very reasonable. The entire process was simple thanks to their online portal for document exchange and electronic signatures. I would not hesitate to recommend Jason Fowler and his team to any of my clients, friends, or family.

Compass is the best! Especially Jim Galas. He reached out after to us a few months after closing on our first home with him to offer a mortgage refinance option which would lower my interest rate. It was so nice to know that he still was looking out for opportunities that would benefit us even after closing on my home. Jim walked me through the refinance process and it was much easier and quicker than I anticipated. He’s so knowledgeable, professional, and goes above and beyond for his clients even during the busy holiday season. If I could give more stars, I would!
