Community Resource Credit Union Garth Rd, Baytown

Pretty sure I was just profiled because of tattoos and skin color it being the looks given while trying to open a business bank account, Then once shown correct paperwork to branch manager she took paperwork quickly looked over , went to back to "ask" then came back and told me goto another bank they don't want to take liability although this is my bank that I have built a relationship with for a few years sad that this is still a thing in 2022

Met with assistant manager on garth road. Linda Whitely. Amazing customer service. Went above and beyond to help us and meet our expectations. Definitely need to see her and open an account there. So reliable, and trustworthy. Would give 10 stars if I could.

Love the convenience of this location. Each time I visit, whether drive-thru or walking in, it takes sooo long. I know the tellers are doing their best, but, my goodness the lines. 😏

I rather drive the extra time to go to another credit union. I was asking question to the teller she didn’t even know she went to ask her manager and left me waiting for 10 min to come back and didn’t help me if that was the case the manager should of came and help me smdh

Wow. 45 minute wait in the drive thru. And it's not the first time. What a joke. What a waste of time. I've had better service from a vending machine.

Recently switched from my old credit union to CRCU and........ The service here is 10/10. *****I highly recommend this bank***** Always helpful, Multiple locations, and very patient when dealing with me!

It's very difficult to get in touch with this bank over the phone. Customers must go in person. Inconvenient.

Have been with them for awhile. They've help with all my loans and the people are polite and VERY helpful! Everyone I introduced to this union has enjoyed them!

I went in there to withdrawal a large amount of money. I felt discriminated when I went because the manager, Jessica Sanchez refused to give me cash or call another location to get it. She stood and argued with me about getting cashier check which I told her I didn't want numerous times. I told her i lived far and didn't want problems cashing it at my other institution. I informed her the other institution takes several days if not a week to cash. I told her it would be best to get call another location and get cash. She insisted on me taking a cashier check at that time, I started getting annoyed and loud but she still refuse. I left with a cashier check that my other institution does not want to cash till tomorrow. I am so upset. I believe this was because of my race that she refused to get me my money.
