Community One Credit Union Inc Frank Ave, North Canton

I have been with them for almost 4 years. I first opened an acct with them when I was trying to raise my credit score to buy a house. They walked me through some really great ways to build it up and even counseled me on which factors were affecting me the most. Anytime I run into an unexpected expense, they have a great skip a pay feature or very low interest personal loans. The people are always super friendly and helpful. I never feel like I am inconveniencing anyone if I have questions or need advice. I have already recommended them to several of my friends that are having problems with their banks and will continue to do so.

My brother and I had to go in and close our recently deceased father's account. We both thought the customer service was lacking in the compassion. They could've been just a tad less snotty on the phone and in person as well.

Turn the brightness down on your LED sign. It's blinding and distracts drivers. It's pointless... I don't care what the temperature outside is or the current time. It really cheapens your image.

I was canton police credit union for over 30yrs. Since they branched together with Community One service is not what I thought would happen. I thought maybe they would want to keep clients . I've been employed with same company for over 18yrs. Have had direct deposit with loan payments coming out for over 10 yrs. I applied for a small loan . After a long day of phone tag. They denied me this small loan. I will be looking for a friendlier lending credit union that appreciates loyalty!! What a shame, but I knew this would happen!!

My family has been with this credit union for 40 years, as far back as when it used to be the Canton Telephone Credit Union. We have all been exceptionally satisfied with the service and personal attention that it provides.

Been doing business with C1CU for over 10 years now. So far I have no complaints. They could maybe open a branch in Akron. Would be nice.

I needed help with repairs for a vehicle . Miss Kenya was very helpful with my loan.
