William helped me get what I need by taking the time to search his archived computer files for anything related to me. He read through 14 pages of documentation while on the phone with me to make sure it contained exactly the information I needed, then he emailed it to me immediately with a note thoroughly explaining what the documentation was and where the necessary information was located within that documentation. The whole time, he was pleasant and friendly, and never once made me feel like I was inconveniencing him. Rarely have I experienced such wonderful customer service!
