I was going to the airport to pick up a jurist from Toronto for the International Harp Competition, when I realized a had a low tire light indication. Long story short, I pulled in to Community Ford on Indiana 67 at 5:30 PM to get some air so I couldn't hopefully make it back to Bloomington. The mechanic said you won't make it back, let me repair the tire. Within 10 minutes he had repaired the tire and they refused to take a penny. The woman from Toronto said "is the Hoosier hospitality?" I said it is above and beyond. I have since learned the employees names -Joe Ivan and Blake. I bought my third vehicle from community! I worked closely for a few months with Tim I to find a Durango! With terrible luck at other dealerships, I gave up on all others and have no future plans to purchase through anybody except for Tim I! If you want somebody who will help get you in what you want but won’t pressure you or make you feel obligated to buy a particular vehicle, this is your guy! Don was phenomenal to work with! We stopped and seen our car just before close on a Saturday and he was in no rush and answered all of the questions we had. Came back Monday to test drive and Tuesday to sign papers! Finance was top notch. We ended up walking away with a cheaper price on the vehicle than originally listed (cooperate did a price drop over night after we had agreed that we wanted it and they honored the lowest price which many dealerships will not do), maintenance package, and so many other goodies for cheaper than we had anticipated spending! Awesome people to work with! Laid back and we will always remember this shopping experience for any future vehicle purchases.

Great dealership experience. They were upfront and easy to work with. My salesman Don took his time out to pickup the truck from another location and get it to Mooresville so I could look at it. It was at the end of the work day and they stayed to make sure I was taken care of. This was absolutely the faster I’ve ever bought a new car. I went to Community Ford to look at a used Infinity they had on their lot. We didnt have a lot of time on Saturday but we sat down with Bob Morey and he gave me information on the car and we made an appointment to come back on Monday to discuss trading my Telluride. He introduced me to Kris the sales manager as soon as we walked in the building. Ol' Bob was one of the best and friendliest salesmen I have met. From the moment we got to the dealership on Saturday until we were done on Monday afternoon, it was the best experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I generally hate buying a vehicle. I am usually sick to my stomach and just dread everything about it. Not this time, everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. Matt, the finance manager, explained everything to us and did not try to sell us anything that we did not need. We did not do a lot of back and forth on the price. We told them what we wanted to spend and they made that happen. They went above and beyond to make us comfortable with our purchase and to try to get us the best deal possible. Craig went over all the paperwork with us and was very thorough and answered any questions we had. Everyone we came in contact with was wonderful. I will definitely go back to them again in the future. If you are in need of a vehicle, check them out. You won't regret it. Thank you everyone for such a great experience.
