Team Turley is full of rock stars. I started my real estate search last fall without any real direction and I felt lost. Somebody suggested I meet with a mortgage lender and go from there. A number of people recommended Team Turley and I'm so glad they did. Angie was my first point of contact and she explained everything clearly and eased a lot of my home-buying anxiety. From there, I was in contact with a number of her team members who were easy to talk to, kept me up-to-date on the process, and, as a first time buyer, explained things in a way I could easily understand. I have only ever had positive experiences with Angie and her team!! I used her almost 15 years ago on my first home. Her marketing is amazing!! Through all the years I’ve continued to get little gifts in the mail. A fridge calendar with the Colts schedule, a scratch off in a birthday card, just something small here and there. When I went to buy a new home in 2017 I was struggling to find a company that would give me a mortgage because the home loan I needed was too low. Who knew that was even a thing! While trying to figure out what to do, it hit me….that lady that has always sent me stuff in the mail!!! And sure enough, I had that little calendar on the fridge!!! That house fell through (by no fault of Angie, she was working hard to get me that difficult loan) but I did buy a different house and used Angie. As always, working with her and her team was seamless. Fast forward 2022 and I just refinanced that home with Angie and Fairway!!! I mostly worked with Brian this time. He was amazing! I’m a procrastinator. Brian was exactly what I needed!! He was always super friendly and positive, but stayed on me (at my encouragement) to make sure I was moving on the things that were needed to meet that closing deadline. He’s so friendly, I was never irritated by his calls or messages (which is huge, trust me). Even when we hit a bump in the road, Brian had worked with the Underwriter to make sure we had a contingency plan for closing day. Thank you Angie and Brian for making a stressful process so easy to get through!!!

The Turley team especially Courtney & Eric stayed on top of everything. We were hoping for a sooner closing date as we had to move out of our current house and even though they couldn’t make any promises.. they definitely worked hard and delivered. They were able to answer all my questions promptly being it was my first time buying a home. I highly recommend them!

Angie Turley and her Team were very professional and provided us with a great experience. Our questions were answered in a timely manner and they were very efficient at getting us approved on our home loan. This is the 2nd home we have had the opportunity to use Angie and her team for and I would gladly use them again.

Team Turley was very friendly to work with, however when we began the loan process we were made to feel we couldn’t afford a loan we knew we could afford and almost had us backing away from a offer we didn’t want to walk away from. After figuring out they hadn’t add in my husbands guaranteed commission things went better as far as any loan process can go, especially these days when you have to produce so much documentation that they verify each time all the way until you close on a loan. Which that part is not the lenders fault but as a buyer/realtor it was very stressful to go through! Gateway did sell our loan soon after which I was a little annoyed with. I understand it’s to gain their funds back quickly to lend more money to other buyers but it’s still frustrating I had been put in the situation and was still sold off. I give them a 4 star because of me being in the real estate business and understanding these issues but do advise team Turley to ask more questions to the buyers about their pay before causing so much stress on them and making them feel like they aren’t worthy of a loan for a home!

Angie and her team are top notch. The process from mortgage application to closing couldn't have gone any better. I never questioned where I was in the process along the way. The integrated app made it a breeze to summit my required documents and know where I stood in the process.
