Started with a business account with Marchelle (ELLA), because it was in the neighborhood. Had another account with another CU,bad service and Ella is the consummate Bank associate that I want to work with on a full-time basis! If you need a new credit union account, please go in and ask for her and I guarantee it you will be pleased!!!

I went in not knowing what to expect when trying to get my first personal loan to help me clear out some of my credit card debt - but Marchelle was more than willing to help me out and exceeded my expectations. She was friendly, personable, knowledgeable, and so helpful. She was great to work with and I am so grateful for her!! Thank you for everything Marchelle!

Dawna is great! I came into the Roseville branch as a new member looking for one thing and left with many other wonderful benefits! She met me where I was at financially and saved me $$. Great credit union so far and excellent service from Dawna.

Dawna was a great help and provided me with an actual customer verification card....when I transferred from TCF bank to CCCU the lady I that took my $ did not offer one. She took the time I needed to do, what I could not do myself. FYI while I was there another customer offered her Lunch for her service.

The community choice credit union at 13 mile and Little Mack has the best customer I have ever had. Karlee was great about 2 or 3 times in helping me.

Dawna was AMAZING !! she got my account opened and set up for me in under 30 minutes. When I called the next day she also helped me with getting the right app for the banking with no problems. I will be taking my fiancé to open an account as well

Dawna Hermes at Community Choice Credit Union is awesome! She processed our car loan quickly, and kept in contact with us, as we shopped to find the right vehicle for us. Dawna was extremely helpful and patient with us joining as new members. She was very efficient opening up our 4 new account's and answering any questions we had along the way. Staff was very friendly and inviting. Dawna also made sure that we didn't leave until our online banking accounts were all set up and ready to go to avoid any possible trouble later on, and would have taken care of any problems if they had arose. Everything went smoothly!

I had opened an account last January and let it slide. I lost my card, didn't know how to access anything, was probably going to lose the whole thing when CCCU contacted me to come in and re-establish it. They didn't have to do that, especially for such a small account. And Dawna Hermes, my account representative, didn't have to go out of her way to make me feel at home. As a technophobic senior, I am so grateful for the patience and understanding she showed me. She truly is a star!
