Community Choice Credit Union E Long Lake Rd, Troy

I have been banking with Community Choice Credit Union for several decades. I do all my financial transactions with them, direct deposit of pay checks, business account, home mortgage, line of credit and car loans. They have never failed me. I process everything online and in the few instances when I had to be on site it has always been a pleasant experience. Lately I was served by Jared and Maggie, at the Tory branch, both are great professionals. I also worked with Jason Cottrell and Annamarier Dorman, another professional pair.

Finance through the Troy Branch of Community Choice Credit Union!!! My daughter just picked up her car in Florida where the dealer pushed hard to finance this used car. Doing it in two states made it more complicated. Thankfully we went with CCCU and Mehnaz Afsar was fantastic!! She made the process easy and fast and simplified all the stuff we were hearing from the dealer. They would have charged us a much higher interest rate and way more for Gap insurance! It most certainly saved us money and we have peace of mind dealing with CCCU. Mehnaz educated us on the process and the dealer confirmed they would send the loan to multiple lenders who would all do hard pulls, lowering our credit score! No thanks. She’s honest, kind, and smart and made the loan process sooo much less stressful. It was a pleasure dealing with her. They know their stuff at the TROY Branch. Use them for your financing! One of the best things was the time saved bc we did it all over the phone and thru email. I just had to pick up the check from the branch! Seriously, this was simple and safe. We know we’re in good hands. Thanks again, Mehnaz, you’re the best!

The staff at Community Choice Credit Union in Troy is always friendly and provides excellent service. Mehnaz did an outstanding job with a special service I needed and I am grateful. The branch manager is hands on and very nice. I highly recommend this branch.

Really happy with the service i always receive. Had a scare today. The fraud department called me about a couple of what they thought might be some fraudulent charges, and they were right! So happy they found them before the charges even hit my account. My card was shut down immediately. They told me exactly what to do. I called Member Services and they advised I could go to my branch and have a new card issued. I did that and the very nice gentleman, I think his name might have been Jared, took care of everything! All of the staff at Community Choice is nothing but helpful! They are quick and friendly, the two things that are most important to me! The credit union itself is amazing too! Community Choice Credit Union provides consistently friendly and professional service. I like to interact with humans when I'm banking rather than always using machines. This location makes that interaction a pleasure. They also work hard to encourage kid's saving account which is excellent.
