Mario Bolos handled the loan for our new home. He was amazing the entire time. He kept us in the loop during every step and made sure we actually understood everything throughout the process. He went out of his way and above and beyond to make sure we were able to close the day we needed too! 10/10 would recommend!!

This was probably the worst experience I have had with a lender. I was told that the monthly payment included the taxes as well as home insurance and it did not when I confronted Amir he claimed he told me that the monthly payment did not include the taxes and home owners insurance when I have text messages that show I had requested that those be included on the monthly bill. Instead of asking me how to resolved the issue he kept arguing with me, making accusations as if I didnt know anything or understand anything he was saying. Amer was very rude on multiple occasions. He came highly recommended from my agent but I am very disappointed and will never again work with him again. I have never had such a bad experience with a lender before and this is not the first mortgage I have obtained. Not to mention I was give the wrong address for the first payment, and Amer calls me and threatens me that my credit will be ruined, even though I showed him that was the address I was given at closing. Needless to say, worst experience ever. I don’t normally write reviews but I had such a horrible experience that I thought it would be worth for others to know.

I wouldn't use the Bally team or recommend them to anyone. I have bought and refinanced several homes in the past with other mortgage companies and I have never had the issues or stress that I had with the Bally team. Our mortgage was delayed twice costing us almost an extra month to close. It also made us delay the start of some home improvement projects that we had ready to go. The first delay was when the Bally team had to have verbal or email confirmation of our employment. However, we weren't told about this until 24 hours before our first closing date. I feel like we should have been given more time to fulfill this request. Our second delay came because the underwriter didn't want to give us the refinance we wanted, despite it only being 70 percent of the home's appraised value. We were told this was because of my employment and the fact that I had two covid shutdowns this year for a total of 5 weeks. Despite both of us having extremely high credit scores and I have been with the same employer for the last 15 years. It took several uncomfortable phone calls and us having to roll other payments into our new mortgage to get this done. Otherwise we would be forced to go with another company and start the process over and further delay our home improvement projects. Now I have been contacted by the new mortgage company that they never received my insurance documents and they are going to purchase insurance for me. However, I have the email I sent to the Bally team that has a scan of my policy and its expiring date in 2022. So now I have to waste my time and resend the documents that I already sent.

Unfortunately, my only experience here comes in the form of Junk mail sent to my address while I was working with another realtor. This mailer is designed to deceive the recipient into believing they are receiving official information from a government entity about their current loan, unless they take the time to read the fine print. This is predatory marketing, and I think it speaks poorly of the team that this was allowed to be sent out.

This was probably the worst experience I have had with a lender. I was told that the monthly payment included the taxes as well as home insurance and it did not when I confronted Amir he claimed he told me that the monthly payment did not include the taxes and home owners insurance when I have text messages that show I had requested that those be included on the monthly bill. Instead of asking me how to resolved the issue he kept arguing with me, making accusations as if I didnt know anything or understand anything he was saying. Amer was very rude on multiple occasions. He came highly recommended from my agent but I am very disappointed and will never again work with him again. I have never had such a bad experience with a lender before and this is not the first mortgage I have obtained. Not to mention I was give the wrong address for the first payment, and Amer calls me and threatens me that my credit will be ruined, even though I showed him that was the address I was given at closing. Needless to say, worst experience ever. I don’t normally write reviews but I had such a horrible experience that I thought it would be worth for others to know.

Amer and his team went above and beyond to get myself and my family into our second home. Despite my experience being limited I know that everything that he did for us including being available whenever we needed won me for life. There were humps here and there that they personally took care of. Not to mention the insurance company they set me up with saved me money, spent an hour tailoring our plan where he could, got us money back from our old insurance and even handled prior issues that the old insurance company made ME handle. It was incredible how easy it was to refi my house! From start to finish Amer and his team made the whole process completely effortless.
