I had to go in this past past Saturday to discuss some charges that were being drawn out of my account without my consent or knowledge. When I went inside I talked to Rachel Kirby, she was very considerate and understanding when it came to my frustrations. she was patient with me and even though we couldn't solve the problem right away she made sure that she had my contact information and reach out to me first thing this Monday morning with a solution to my problem. I honestly felt like a priority to her and I honestly appreciate and recommend her for future bankers in similar situations.

This experience with getting a used car loan was by far my easiest and quickest loan I have ever applied for. The online process was super simple and I had my response within hours after applying. The individuals I spoke with over the phone were all very helpful and seemed that they were all engaged with my loan. Great experience and would not hesitate to do it again.

I was highly satisfied with my experience! Rachel Kirby helped me refinance my car, and I was met with kindness and diligence despite it being later on the day. It truly felt like my needs came first. My options were explained to me well and my needs were met! I would highly recommend their service.

I love banking with Community Choice Credit Union in Milford. When I went in today I was greeted and helped by Rachel. I originally went in for business related to my auto loan and asked Rachel about personal loans. She was very insightful and had me approved for a loan in a short time. Community choice in Milford is the WORST BANK I’ve ever had to deal with. The tellers are all lazy and you can never get ahold of anyone unless you wait for an hour and a half. I was over on my credit card and they stopped my debit card so I couldn’t access my money. I was already dealing with Covid and missing work. My car broke down and I went to pay to have it towed and my card didn’t work!!! So I was stranded. I called and told them to take the $70 that I was over so I could use my card again and she said sorry I can’t do that. It takes 24-72 hours. So I was stranded. I am taking all my money out of the bank and switching to Huntington bank!! I’ve had so many bad experiences and I’ve been a member for over 10 years and that’s how they treat a long standing member. Everyone I talk to has had similar bad experiences, so I should have learned. DONT OPEN AN ACCOUNT WITH Milford CCCU. TERRIBLE SERVICE

I was completely knew to this Community Choice in town. Kerry took great care of me and answered all of my questions to her best knowledge and was so friendly to me. I have only been in there twice to set up my new membership/bank with them and they are very reassuring and helpful!!! This credit union location is such a caring community. These are professional people you can trust for handling all your needs and services they provide. Kerry explained things to me that I didn't quite understand and was very patient with me while I had so many questions. Amazing account security specialist Candice at Community Choice Credit Union! I got roped into a Scam. I was 'overpaid' to do a wedding. And as is routine, I just refunded the difference. However, the bank check that I was paid with was a forgery. Candice sprung into action, shut the account down, called me, and prevented my wire of funds to the fraudsters. I have dealt with Community Choice since March of 1985. I am honored and thankful to still be a member. I would like to Single Candice out for her grand slam at saving me from fraudsters. Credit Unions are not the largest folks in the banking world, but as a member cooperative style organization, they look out and keep us and our funds safe in ways that we frequently cannot imagine. Thank you Community Choice and thank you Ms Candice. Suffice it to say, there were tears of joy for how you saved me and worked a miracle this Easter weekend. I have banked at Community Choice for over 10 years. The employees at the Milford branch are the BEST!!! Pretty much my whole family banks at CCCU, and the employees always make a point to ask about a specific member of my family, or about a major life event that they might have been told about (weddings, graduations, new homes). It really makes me feel good when I go into the bank to know that the employees know me as more than an account number and care about me as a person. Their personalized approach to banking is so important to me, that when I moved to Swartz Creek I refused to look into credit unions closer to me and continue to bank with the CCCU Milford branch.

I always have a great experience with CCCU, whether in person, on the phone, or through email. Lately, more than once, Amanda Gilbert has been incredibly helpful and has quickly resolved some serious issues I have had with spam transactions (and made it simple for me!) She even (fortunately) counseled me to prevent it from happening again. I am very thankful for her help!

I've been a member of this Credit Union since 1993, and absolutely love it. The service is fantastic. Today I called in about some questions about my car loan and Shelia Burnham was wonderful! She listened to my situation and looked for ways to get me some relief. Please check them out, they are more then just a bank!

I walked into the Milford office to inquire about purchasing my leased vehicle. I walked out in about a half hour with a check for my Chevy Colorado! AJ made the entire experience easier than I could have imagined. She made sure I understood all of the details and that I knew exactly how to proceed with the dealership and insurance company. Anjulie Tacey went above and beyond helping my daughter and I with many banking tasks we needed to get done at the Milford Community Credit Union. She even stayed late and as we apologized for holding her up , she insisted it was a pleasure to do so.

Wow! I've loved credit unions since I switched to using them 20 years ago. They're generally friendlier, easier (and less costly) to bank with and have the customer's best interest at heart. But CCCU, in just one account-opening visit, has blown away every credit union I've ever belonged to. Anjulie Tacey was my personal representative to work with, and she was efficient and super informative. Not only did she help me set up various services, but she showed me how to use them via the app and made sure everything was working before I left. And on top of everything, she even gave me great tips on the new area where I'm living. Before I left, she made sure to introduce me to Olivia, the branch manager, who was as friendly. It's pretty rare, especially in these short-staffed times, for a business to make me feel welcome. But Anjulie made me feel like CCCU actually *cares* about me and my experience. Bravo.

Overall I'm really happy with my bank. However, the ATM probably needs to be replaced. Some ongoing issues with it can be very frustrating. Other than that, I am happy!

Was greeted by a new face, Olivia, she was very professional and outgoing and struck up productive conversation while taking care of my transactions. Community choice is a great institution, and is really setting the standard for how banking should work with the credit union approach. Always improving and expanding the online/tech approach, while maintaining the personal experience credit unions have always been known for. All their team is great, but huge shout out to Candice Furlong! She clearly really cares about every member that walks in, whether it's her member to take care of or not, she'll treat you right and go above and beyond every time to assist with whatever is needed! You really feel cared about by her! Not like just another number in the line. She demonstrates integrity in everything she does. She's incredibly patient and thorough! Keep up the great work! It really does make a difference!

Yet another amazing banking experience with Candice Furlong as my financial advisor!! Extremely satisfied with the smooth process, she was able to handle everything via voice conference and emails, and I only had to visit the Milford branch for about 10 minutes of closing work. Candice always goes above and beyond with regards to my 100 questions and comparing calculations!
