My family and I have several accounts with them. These range from student checking to business accounts. They have provided loans for us when purchasing several vehicles. The service and dedication to meet your needs is excellent.

I have been with CFCU many many years. Friendly folks, good service, fair prices, not a bunch of gimmicks. Not difficult to do business with. That stuff is hard to find these days.

Just went in to make a deposit and the young customer service lady was quite professional and pleasant.

Details and completeness are important to potential new members. Super friendly and eager to help here, but the website doesn't make things clear and the employees here don't seem at all prepared to answer questions about the accounts offered by the CU. I had decided it would be faster to go to a branch to get my questions answered. It wasn't. First impressions.

Very clean and knowledgeable, professional people. I opened new account and was given many options that would be best for me to chose from. Timing was perfect did not take long. First checks are free and a variety of debt cards to pick from. No monthly fees and assistance with on line banking if needed. Easy access to your account (s). Automated billing/deposits available and easy to apply to your account.

Don't waste your time or money! I went in with $1000 specifically to open a business checking account. The women had me fill out some paperwork and told me that I had to open a personal account to link to my business account. I was informed of a monthly fee and that there was an $50 fee for the business account paperwork. Don't worry. Everything is fine I was told. The problem came several days later when I received a call telling me that my application for a business account was denied. I was told that my credit was terrible and that he really didn't think they should be doing business with me at all. (his words... Not mine) I told him that the only reason I even had an account was because I was told I had to have one to have the business account. He told me to come close the account. I went the next day to close the account. I had an account for a total of three day and when I closed the account, I only got back $935. I was told the rest were fees. I was never told that there was a certain credit that I had to have to have a business account. They were rude and made a point of not being completely truthful.
