Commonwealth Central Credit Union Silver Creek Valley Rd, San Jose

I have set-up an appointment with the Silver Creek branch to apply for a consumer loan. I was pleasantly surprised with how painless the process was and the Financial Manager or Representative was very patient in answering all my questions and/or concerns.

My family and I have been members of Commonwealth for years. The staff always provides great service. Last week, we needed assistance with a special transaction. Joanna aided us in getting our banking needs completed. She was extremely professional, knowledgeable, kind and very patient. We cannot thank her enough.

I have been a member since the mid-80s. I do all my banking through CommonWealth even though I now live out of state. They make it easy... transfers between accounts or outside accounts, bill pay, mobile deposits and excellent customer service! They are the best!

Banking with Commonwealth was something my mom has done forever, so when it was time for me to have a bank account, Commonwealth was the natural choice. What I like about them is the ability to access my accounts from anywhere, pretty much anytime. From my first savings account to my now multiple checking accounts, they have been able to accommodate me and my needs. Every once in a great while, they'll have a "system update" of sorts, reverting some of my account settings, but now I know to double check things here and again (Happened once in the 10 years I've been banking with them). Since they are a credit union, they are connected with other credit unions, making finding a fee-free ATM easy. Speaking of fees, there are no hidden fees - which is great. My first card ever charged me .50cents every single time I used it, it was so annoying. I haven't had to deal with that in a decade now. Banks make me wary and cautious over fine print and hidden charges, and I never feel like that at Commonwealth.

Commonwealth has excellent customer service which is truly unbelievable. My car loan transaction was smooth and stress free. Also very impressed with the super fast closing/funding.

I have always been satisfied with all branches. As far back as Milpitas, First Street, Mountain View, Morgan Hill, etc.. As you see I have been a long time customer.

I have been a member of Commonwealth for about 18 years and have never had a single issue in all that time. Their customer service is amazing and their online banking platform is very user-friendly. I highly recommend this credit union.

The most important I like with CCCU since I became a member is the excellent local and international transactions that never failed me. Logging in is easy as a breeze specially when you are using iphone with with face detection technology. Since Pandemic begins with social distancing is highly observed as part of the protocol, I setup and schedule all bill payment online and online purchases with no problem. I hope CCCU will continue to provide excellent customer service all through out. Thank you.

Both the Morgan Hill and Silver Creek locations are awesome. I've been with this CU for over 6 years. They helped me achieve great credit to get the best interest rates (which are already good) on loans I needed. Since I always paid loans and credit lines off on time and quickly, they had my back and released money I needed via equity and loans in a snap. They feel like my financial family. I don't know why anyone would use a commercial bank with this CU around.

I've been a member of CommonWealth Central Credit Union (particularly the branch that they used to have on 1st street) for more than 20 years and have always had positive experiences with them. Great customer service and mobile banking continues to get better all the time.
