I was provided Melissa Bradlinski's name as a reference through my Real estate agent to acquire a mortgage loan for the purchase of a home. From the first time I called Melissa to the closing date I found her to be extremely professional and responsive. She provided frequent emails that provided specific and timely information throughout the entire process. It started with a user friendly and relevant timeline articulating the entire closing process. Along each step, she was very helpful. Additionally, Melissa recommended lawyers and insurance agencies that proved to be very help in the process. I highly recommend Melissa. You will not be disappointed.

Very deceptive organization! Do not fall for their smooth talk and false information. They will take you down a path promising you a great rate, take their time getting you to the application process then all of a sudden the rate is higher snd they want you to buy points - hint: you can go to a credit union and get a better rate with no points.

I have done a purchase and a refinance with Melissa Bradlinski at Commonfund Mortgage and had a great experience. She met me after hours to do the application and was always there with my extra questions. I would highly recommend. I shopped the rate and closing costs around and felt that they had a good deal.

Absolutely do not recommend. I put in an application and haven’t heard from these people in weeks so I decided to call up and see what’s going on. Don’t let this company trick you! They say they are through FHA Loans and post all over their website saying minimum of 530 credit score with 1-2 years of being at the same job will get you approved for a mortgage loan. NOPE not the case. Better off going through a federal credit union to get approved. Went through mine and was approved within days. Don’t waste your time.
