I honestly did not know what to expect when I attended CCTG training, but it ended up being way better than I could have imagined. All of the staff was friendly, encouraging, and constantly reiterated to the class to reach out to our support team as often as we need to to help us get our business off to a good start. It was a lot of information to take in, but everyone who presented was patient and made sure to answer all of our questions and clarify anything we weren’t sure about. I was fortunate to be in a class with a great group of people where everyone was willing to share knowledge and information. I was very pleased with my experience and I truly believe that attending the in-person class was the best decision I could have made. I recently attended the CCTG training. I have no experience in commercial finance or sales so I was a little apprehensive going in, but the training was excellent! Kris and his team thoroughly explain the processes needed to be successful. Each of the lenders thoroughly explain their product offerings. And there is on going support offered on every front. In addition, the price of every package is much cheaper than a franchise with comparable earning potential! There is no reason NOT to take this opportunity!

I recently graduated from CCTG training in September and their training program was awesome. Kris and his team are amazing, they are passionate about the program and are there for you every step of the way. I did a tremendous amount of research before selecting CCTG as my partner, and after completing the training I can honestly say that they significantly exceeded my expectations! This is a great team that provides you with all the required tools to build a highly successful business. However, what I really value is the fact that they are there picking up the phone after the training, answering questions and providing strategic, as well as tactical support.

I was a little nervous doing a week training class all online, when I learn better in person, however, the team at CCTG did an excellent job creating an environment online that was very interactive, entertaining, educational and attainable to understand how to succeed in this industry. There is top level talent that is very easy to see with the experience in the room, and I'm excited to be a part of the CCTG Family.

CCTG is an amazing program. It provided a community of support and the classes were really engaging and easy to follow. What really drew me in was the opportunity to be able to become my own boss. I attended the CCTG Training in February 2021 and was impressed with level of information and experience that was shared. Every member of the CCTG team that I encountered demonstrated their passion through the quality of their service. Every tool, presentation and speaker was thorough and full of detail. I enjoyed the variety of Commercial finance topics taught as well as how the knowledge was presented. Sometimes courses taught on financial topics can be information driven and a lot to absorb, however Kris Roglieri and team made it interesting by blending experiences, stories as well as an insider’s perspective to the world of entrepreneurship, commercial finance and alternative lending sources. I may have finished the course in a week’s time, however, the tools and lessons will last a lifetime. I feel like I’ve joined a very large instant network of entrepreneurs who provide ongoing support and are looking out for me and my business.

I found Commercial Capital to be Very Professional. The entire staff from the CEO Chris, to the employees in the office were accomadating and attentive to all of the future Commercial Capital associates. The training was varied, and covered many private capital lenders (they varied in categories that they specialized in ) that have aligned their business with CC. I found the Private Lenders that did presentations made an effort to recognize they were training new people, and stayed at ground level I was frankly impressed. It's been a few weeks since we completed our CCTG training. It was a very comprehensive and educational discourse of the commercial finance industry. Kris did a great job of covering all of the training material and, perhaps just as importantly, outlined what is required to be successful in this business. In the past few weeks since taking the training I have been pleased with the marketing support and am confident that CCTG will be at my side to support us as we launch our business and new career.

I am a recent attendee of the June class of 2021 and I must say Kris and his team are excellent at what they do. The class is extremely relevant, comprehensive, and thorough beyond expectations. Kris, his team, and the lenders all have years of experience in this field which, in my opinion, is what sets them apart from everyone and anyone else in the industry. If you have been considering attending, whether it be weeks or years, I suggest you do so, you will not be disappointed.

I came across CCTG when I was searching for a business opportunity. I was attracted immediately by the business model. After I contacted them and did due-diligence myself, I decided to attend the training. It turned out fabulous and I was glad I made the decision to go with them. CCTG is the top-notch in business lending industry. Kris and his team were awesome in teaching and getting you engaged in the class. Additionally, the lifetime support they provided is critical to a new business starter. CCTG people is really nice and easy accessible. I am excited at the end of training and strengthened my belief of business success.

Just finished the training that CCTG offers and I could not be more blown away. The amount of content and attention to detail was beyond anything I had anticipated. The sheer amount of knowledge that Kris and his team provided was staggering. They know their stuff, they have amazing customer service, and my advice for anyone on the fence about this program would be to pull the trigger and go for it. You won't be disappointed.

April 2022 UPDATE: I feel compelled to update a previous review I left for CCTG a year and 9 months ago. It is the socially responsible thing to do. In the sea of 5-star reviews I want to attempt to inform the reader objectively of the potential hazards of investing in a commercial capital business. If only I had known these things before committing... As I mentioned in the original review I left for CCTG, I attended class in the home-based environment back in 2020. The training content, Kris as teacher, and the overall experience were NOT the primary issues. The biggest problems I have had (and YOU will most likely have) post-graduating CCTG's training are below and listed in order of importance: # 1 THE INDUSTRY: I received my training right in the middle of the 2020 chaos. The biggest hurdle in this industry, in 2022, is merchants are still in a "free or cheap government money" mindset. It is difficult for merchant's to commit to higher interest rates (expensive money) after a couple of years worth of receiving inexpensive money. The end result is it is a borrowers market or so they think. This means borrowers who shop around will have their pick of the lowest of the low rates from competitors (see problem # 2). In reality, it is near impossible to close deals consistently right now and in the foreseeable future I do not see it getting any better for new brokers with smaller budgets and small networks. # 2 TOTAL SATURATION: If the industry is the biggest problem (call it 1A) I'd say the enormous number of commercial capital brokers, brokerages, and companies in the alternative financing space is a close second (1B). There is so much COMPETITION. There are no viable, new ideas that can change the average new brokers situation. You either have a huge budget and/or a huge network, from the START, BEFORE attending the training, or you do not. Trying to build AFTER training and having success is improbable. And you need lots of time. This means you need the resources, income, savings, and/or lifestyle to afford waiting a long time before your new commercial capital business generates an ROI. Ask yourself this question: How many people have all that I have mentioned? Are you someone who has these privileges? If you do, why are you starting a business of this type? CCTG does provide leads for one month to two years depending on your package. But the leads fall into two very general buckets & are not high quality in my experience. Of course, some testimonials will claim otherwise. It is up to you to decide how likely this is to happen for you if you join. # 3 LACK OF NETWORK: If you lack a network coming into this new business you probably will struggle. For example, if you are a very successful insurance broker changing careers you might have a large network already. If you are planning on utilizing popular networking groups it will likely be an uphill battle. These groups are hit or miss, limited to your area and getting more saturated by commercial brokers everyday. # 4 OUTDATED TRAINING & TECH: The overall training is good and Kris is a good teacher. But the lead generation training and websites provided are about 5-10 years outdated. # 5 POST GRAUDATE SUPPORT FROM CCTG: I think this problem is the result of CCTG having so many brokers and trainings there is a log jam. Two knowledgeable contacts are provided to contact with deals. One is usually not available and the other is grumpy. There is a suggested process to submit deals and be advised. But with the slow response from these two momentum breaks and precious "hard to come by" deals are lost. CONCLUSION: My intent isn't to bash the company or hurt any feelings. I want to help reviewers see the reality of their most probable future if they choose to become a commercial capital broker. I give CCTG 1.5-stars not because the training is awful, but due to the 5 factors outlined in detail above. My rating is based on a simple question: "If I knew then (Aug 2020) what I know now (April 2022) would I make the investment?" The answer is no.

CCTG is by far the best training experience I have ever had. It was structured well, the teachers were engaging, funny, knowledgeable and answered many questions. I’m so glad to be apart of such a professional company. I’m excited to get started and I have the confidence knowing CCTG is there with me every step of the way! Thank you CCTG!!!

I wanted to take this time to thank everyone at CCTG. It was a ton of information coming at us, but we were able to manage it with the outstanding management of the CCTG team. I realized early in the class that this was a very real opportunity unlike any thing I have ever experienced. It was a great experience at CCTG, I learned so much in one week. Going into the class I didn't have much experience but leaving I felt like I have had years of experience. The team at CCTG is great with communication (even virtually due to COVID-19), the design team did a great job with the logo and website. Kris is an excellent teacher/mentor and knows what he's talking about. 10/10 would recommend to anyone that would like to be an entrepreneur!
