For 25+ years, this particular branch of Commerce always finds the friendliest & most helpful staff to serve their customers!

I’m very disappointed with Commerce Bank. I was scheduled for a phone interview today, and called to reschedule it because something urgent came up. To my surprise, I was greeted on the phone by the most disrespectful, arrogant, and condescending person. I will never do business with Commerce Bank. Don’t waste your time applying for jobs here, seems like a terrible place to work at. The lady I spoke to on the phone was very rude. I asked to speak to the manager but she refused to transfer my call. She also pretended like she couldn’t hear me, and her tone of voice was very condescending. Not wasting my time. This place is a joke, so please do yourself a favor and find another bank.

I have had a very positive experience with this back. My parents use this bank and love it! I have used this bank for about three years now for my first accounts and I have loved it as well. The people there are so kind, and there’s almost never a line. I can’t stress this enough that the people who work there are just so wonderful and I always look forward to seeing them. They also have lollipops which is a plus for sure.
