There are a million reasons why Commerce is horrible for small business banking. 1. Their fees are obnoxious 2. They have very inadequate systems for online banking and bill pay 3. And the most important-when you cancel your account, they forget to actually cancel all of your account! I canceled my account in March and in April received a notice of a bill being paid. I called customer service and they told me that the account was closed and there was no way that a bill could go out. I am holding the check, which thankfully was mailed back to me prior to being cashed, in my hand. When I called back in they said they told me when I called in April that they had forgotten to cancel online bill pay?! One-they never told me that. A the time they basically made me feel as if I were crazy. "How could that ever happen!" and Two-how do you forget to cancel the online bill pay portion of the account? Thankful to never bank with them again. Use any other bank in STL. Or when Chase comes to town, use them. They are fantastic.

I always, always get excellent customer service. I get red carpet rolled out each and every time I visit. Miss. ShQuina White is awesome . I'm not rich, nor am I a celebrity but I feel like I am when I visit this facility. What a good feeling...

This location is staffed great! One particular gentlemen by the name of Semir Gusic helped me out. This young man was wonderful, he toon care of all my needs and answered all of my questions. Even tho i did not choose to go with Commerce for an auto loan since the rates were a little too high, i have to say i had a great experience dealing with this young man.

This is the first time being here The area is clean and the people are very nice. And yes I would work here again.

I am sad to say that I have had some trouble here since opening an account. First, it was opened in my maiden name, with the debit card in my maiden name. MANY miscommunication issues beyond that. I am not very happy and I am already considering switching banks.

Everyone that works here has good energy

I've been with this bank since 1985, I'm leaving after repeated bad service, and mistakes. I've spoken to them on management levels about the issues and continued policy changes/mistakes that are expensive, without notice, or just plain rude to the customer. I get a lot of apology (they are well trained on that) with no options for remedy. Closing my 4 accounts. I'm done.

I've been with them for almost 25 years. I like online banking. I get way better loans elsewhere, even with great credit and 25 year loyalty.

Two stars because the service is so bad that it is sometimes laughable, providing some comic relief. Door guy is also nice. Everything else is 1 star.

Never have a issue and they are nice, friendly and always helpful..
