Commerce Bank MO, Lee's Summit

Very impressed by such great customer service. Rosanna was especially helpful guiding us through opening new accounts. I'm really happy to have found such a friendly bank.

We just moved here and switched to Commerce Bank. It's been a very smooth transition! The tellers, support staff and management are all extremely knowledgeable and support helpful. Commerce bank has great access and is located in a prime location that's growing faster than anywhere in Lee's Summit. We're live the area, we love the people. Commerce Bank helped make our transition to Kansas City a great one! We would highly recommend Commerce Bank!

Teller Heather and another teller were to busy to help me the customer at 10:45am Saturday 2/8/20. Bank at 150 Hwy & Ward Rd, Lees Summit, MO. Heather was banding money from the vault machine while the other teller was standing there watching. Heather could have easily handled my one check deposit while the machine counted one dollar bills but REFUSED to do so. Heather was a little unfriendly when finally addressing my transaction after my waiting. Not a pleasant experience. -Jack Crewse

I was a customer at Commerce Bank for well over a year. Within that time frame I did not feel appreciated or welcomed as a customer, instead I was treated as an inconvenience and was treated rudely every time by the staff. What sealed the deal with Commerce were the hidden fees that would cost more than my monthly interest. I would not recommend this bank to anyone.

Have had nothing but problems with this bank. Latest issue, ATM took my cash deposit then gave an error that it couldn't deposit or give me the cash back. Funny how the error receipt had the exact amount of cash on it but couldn't deposit... Go to Arvest.

ATM is almost always broken. Three times in a row in the last two months. Replace it if you can't fix it. The next closest location is 15 minutes away.

When I opened an account at commerce Bank the hours was a real attraction. I work late so it was nice that they were open til 6:00 during the week & 4:00 on Saturdays. Things have changed quite a bit since they close now at 4:00 M-F & 12:00 on Saturdays. I'm hoping they return back to at least 1:00 on Saturdays once Covid19 scare is less of an issue.

Horrible. Do not use commerce bank they will take advantage of you, go look up the commerce bank class action lawsuits. I seriously regret opening an account with commerce bank, community America has been so much better.

Commerce Bank is truly a terrible organization. Garbage customer support and service....unless they can sell you a service.

This bank, although part of a branch, feels like a small town bank. Many of the tellers know my wife and I by name and are very helpful.
