It is like a small town bank. Everyone is friendly and helpful. They know my name! The treat customers like people. They have always listened and been able to figure out what I want even when I don't have the knowledge to articulate my need. I even got a personal thank you letter when I opened my accounts, from the person who opened them. This is a wonderful bank with a great staff.

I banked with Commerce for 12 years or more and yesterday I was treated like my time with them didn't matter I went to withdraw from my account and was met with racial discrimination. Debbie the manager seemed to be helpful,but was far from that!!! I no longer do business with them and I never will! BEING BLACK IN PEORIA

Worse customer service I have ever seen. Once I get past receptonist, they dont answer the phones. How do you do business without answering your phone? Out of curiosity I have called 4 different departments. NONE answered. Worthless!! Your recording says my call is important to you. Right.
