Comerica Bank W 14 Mile Rd, West Bloomfield Township

Walked in here and there was a very small issue with a check written to me that wasn't even my fault in the teller starts giving me an attitude and going off on me like I'm the one who wrote the check. Extremely rude and poor customer service and even when I gave them the proof they needed to be able to deposit my funds they still denied me. Will never be going here again I will stay away. Some tellers seem nice but I must have gotten the mean one of the bunch and the managers are not willing to work with you or resolve issues.

Thanks to Renee, the banking center manager, for solving our ongoing Comerica bill pay issues. Renee is thorough, efficient and helpful. She called me twice within just a few hours to investigate the problem, and then tell me the problem is resolved.

Dangerous ATM location. Came here at night to withdraw some money from the drive up atm. There is a large hedge on your right that is only about 5 ft away and made me very uncomfortable, since someone *could* easily use it for concealment to rob you. I’ve never seen another bank anywhere that has this sort of lack of customer safety. I would not recommend this place until this is fixed.

Tellers are the best but the manager has the worst attitude at all times, and she tells people to ware masks when she isn’t wearing one her self. Very unprofessional.
