Bank managers a lying little kid that makes up rules as he sees fit , use to be a great bank until this guy popped up! Not gonna post his name but this loser will know when he's called out.

Comerica bank app is the worst bank app to work with. Locks you out of your own account, bank ends up over charging you little do you know they’ve transferred you to the collection. Also employees never deliver all the information you need to know at the time of opening a safety deposit box and opening an account. This branch is ridiculous.

Very slow service after waiting in drive thru for 29 minutes I went inside and there was also a long line

dude these people speak Arabic more than English in this bank, If your white or black. I highly recommend that you dont go there. If your not arabic, they dont treat you the same. Please hire some white people, or black people

They start coming with more and more rules more and more fees where I cant take it anymore I have a business account here and after waiting over 15 minutes she can't take my deposit because I have 3 bags of coins ( they charge 5 dollars for each bag ) ok I am paying so why because we can only take 2 out a time that's very stupid to turn back your customer for something you are being charged for I dont recommend this bank I have 2 accounts with them and I am going to close them both .

This branch is the worst branch of the worst bank, Comerica Bank. The management acts according to their mood. This management is able to do everything, except banking apparently. This is unacceptable, they made no attempts to try to help me. The complaint center never returns your call, with no access to higher management.

Very fast, they are very professional and helpful. Other banks around the area have only 2 employees in total for drive thru and inside,to make a deposit in those other banks you have to wait more then 15 or more.

When depositing money through the ATM at this location the ATM gives an envelope to place the money in, I made a deposit of 800$ and a few days later I see that they have token 100$ with no explanation. I called customer service and they said that they only counted 700$. They literally stole money from me. How can I even prove myself. I’ve basically been robbed By a staff member

Fast and convenient service Great location in the neighborhood The customer service agents are not very helpful Comerica keeps charging these service fees for nothing and the customer service gentleman would not waive them

This place should be closed down they canceled my account and froze my funds because of a simple mistake but they wait for my direct deposit to clear first so they could charge me over 100$in fees! Worst bank ever
