Colvin Tax Services Fairview Rd, Swarthmore

Do NOT use Colvin Tax. They were purchased and the admin. staff is incompetent and rude! I needed to get a copy of my taxes and the staff said “We will see what we can do!” A simple email request. Then one of the staff was arrogant and lectured me that the firm is no longer Colvin…then gave me a Colvin email address. When I came in earlier in the year to get my taxes, she treated me like a bum as she was eating her lunch. Worst customer experience ever!!! When I really needed help the awful admin. staff let me down. Find another service!!!

Always a great experience with Colvin! Called Monday to schedule an appointment & was able to book one Tuesday evening! Tom was great! Funny, informative, helpful.

This is the second year that I have gone to Colvin Tax Service. I asked that money owed to the IRS be withdrawn on a given date. It is now almost 2 weeks later and it has not been withdrawn. I called and spoke to my accountant and this situation was treated with disregard.When I went in to sign my documents, which I actually had already signed, I mentioned this again, and again it was treated with disregard. For the money paid for the service, I expect that my directions be followed.

Colvins' have been my tax Accounts since I was 18 years old . I won't say how old I am now.. They are fantastic , and I wouldn't go anywhere else :)

My family did are taxes here a d didn't get close to the amount he said we should get. He also refuses to answer messages about the problem and will never call you back if you leave a message.

Wow The old owner john left me in pickle and if not for Tom I be really screwed up Tom amended 6 years taxes that was done wrong by of owner n now I’m almost out of financial issues with irs thanks Tom oh n he didn’t charge me penny !! I refer him to big casino friend of mine who had bigger issues then mine n Tom not only fix it but he fix his two partners returns n got them owing almost nothing Tom great !!! Highly recommend him
